I put in a custom order for a matching t-shirt and onsie for myself and my firstborn on July 4. They said no problem.After no contact for nearly a month, i made contact again on August 3 and asked for an update on my order. I was told that it had been done they just had forgotten it in the car. I said great and asked to have my order mailed to me and that i would pay the extra for the shipping.On August 9, i made conatct again and asked if my order had been shipped yet and received no reply.On August 17 I called the number i had been previously texting and got no answer or a response to the voice-mail i left.

Terrica Stowell at 2 Hot Chics Custom Sign Shop did an amazing job on my daughter’s HOCO parade car signs! They were exactly what we asked for. She had the proof at end of day, with the signs ready for pickup the following day!! Thanks again!!

I've used them several times and each time they delivered what I wanted...when promised and at an exceptionally fair price. They can help with artwork if needed, but in comparison with other sign shops I've found their prices a bit below normal, yet quality is excellent.
