Internet has been out for 4 days big dawg. Let’s do something about it already.

In the past 6 days the internet has went out 4 times, while unplugging it and waiting to plug it in again doesn’t work I have to call each and every time for them to reboot it on their end. Reading the past reviews I figured it was old and out dated. No it’s true. The internet is awful.

We had a service technician come out today since our wifi would not connect. The technician was so courteous and helpful. He got us up and running in no time!
