We recently purchased a Zero Turn mower at TS Caldwell, which for us was a huge decision. The staff in the mower area were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They worked with us through all of our concerns and showed up when we had a problem. I'm grateful to have them serving in our community. They understand customer service, and that is so rare.

I like tractor supply but there have been multiple times when I've come to get my propane refilled and they did not have a staff member " certified" to fill them so kept me waiting and then turned me away. If you don't have the staff, then reduce the hours and take the propane sign down! Better yet, make sure you're managers are certified so they can fill in.

The cashier at the Caldwell store is very unknowledgeable about the products you carry. He told me that you didn’t carry an item that I asked for by name. I went and found the item i wanted and told him I found it and then he was extremely rude about it. The manager Jose has an attitude problem as well. Obviously he didn’t learn in his management training that you don’t tell a customer that you agree to disagree and that if the cashier is disrespectful he can’t control that. Obviously Jose has a problem holding his employees accountable. Jose also told me that he can’t expect his employees to know what you sell. Obviously Jose has no intentions on training your employees on what you sell. Ill take my business elsewhere, where the staff is knowledgeable and management wants my business.

Allen was the most helpful employee I've ever encountered. Very knowledgeable and gave great advice on cost effective corralling. Even helped us load gates onto the truck with a broken wrist! And found us an oversize load flag to keep us out of trouble!
