I brought my car there for an oil change high mileage and he came in and told me that it needed my air filters changed inside and out so I said okay I end up paying close to $150 for all this work come to find out he did something else he messed up my car now whatever he did I do not know but it's going to cost me over $7,000 to get my car fixed now it is sitting in front of my house waiting for me to get the money to fix it this is the most horrible place I've ever been to when I brought it up to management they brushed it away every time I bring it back they brushed it away and said it was my car. I will never ever go to any of these companies kwik kar anywhere else as long as I'm alive they do not treat their customers fairly.

Got really disappointed at Kwik Kar of Caldwell today. We went for an annual safety inspection and an oil change. Every time we take either of our cars in for an oil change they tell us we've never had either car there before and today was no exception. I've just gotten tired of explaining things to people when they're wrong so I just said OK. They told me I needed 0W20 oil, but last time I was there they didn't have it so they filled with 5W20. This time they had it, but failed to mention it was so high priced. I would think they might mention the difference in price, so it was my fault for not asking.We went into their waiting room as we usually do and after quite a long time one of the employees came in and said the car was ready. We've been in before and paid under $40 for an oil change and that's what I was expecting. This time the oil change came in at just over $80. I was told the higher price was for full synthetic. Had I been informed prior I would have done the damn oil change myself. Half that $80 was for oil change labor.I don't know what changed between the last time I was there and this time but I do know it's the last time I'll ever set foot in their business again. If felt like I should have paid for another quart of oil so getting reamed by them wouldn't have been so painful.They've taken what used to be a fast, fairly cheap alternative to a do-it-yourself oil change and turned it into a rip off. Hope they enjoy my money from this visit because they'll never get another penny from me. Invoice number 57544. 18 March 2024. 09:57 am.

When I went into the office to wait on my card and get inspected the employees was in the back and you can hear them bullying one of their employees cussing really bad very childish and uncalled for at work

My husband took his truck for an oil change. They came out to tell him they couldn't get the low oil pressure light to go off and that he probably had a bad oil pump. The following day my husband decided to drain the oil and start over. The skid plate had not been removed and the oil he drained was black as tar. To my knowledge I don't think synthetic oil is black. His truck has now been in the shop for over a week trying to figure out how bad these people messed up his truck. I can't wait to see what the bill is going to be all because the people working there were to incompetent to change oil.Service: Oil change

It said 10 minutes oil change and we were there 1 hour charged me for full service and only did basic. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Took our van for inspection didn't pass apparently emergency brake was not up to their standards svc sucks rude and very smart pants short white with a big chip on he's shoulders I wouldn't recommend for inspection unless you drive a 2024 vehicle
