“From start to finish, was the best service I've ever recieved. Lewis, the owner is extremely knowledgeable! Honestly him and his staff has earned a customer for life here and j will never not recommend him to friends/family. He was so swomped with work and still managed to get my AC system completely diagnosed and replaced in a matter of 2 days in between many many other jobs. When parts didn't arrive on time due to an accident with order, he sent his guys to Dallas to pick up parts to still finish the day he said it would be done. Good quality customer service is hard to find these days and with the awful luck I've had with my van he still was able to make us happy. Thank you times a million guys! Yall are fantastic!! Bravo! Other establishments should take notes!! -put the customer first and you will succeed!”

“I want to send an honest and heartfelt review for this company to display my appreciation for their awesome service . I was unexpectedly placed in a bind(live 5 hours away) thanks to a car I purchased from an auction from an unscrupulous wrecker company. The said wrecker company were pathetic and left me without brakes, bad tires, and plethora of issues that were noted as working. My wife and I were clueless to situation that this soulless owner would leave us stranded & would not even offer to tow it anywhere(busy)! It was 3:50PM and called 3-4 places to see if they check my car so I can get on the road without success. The fifth call rang 7-8 times but a gentleman name Mike, from AZ Cars pickup. Told him issue and did not hesitate asked me to get car here. No help from anyone I drove dangerously slow 3 miles to his shop. Mike met me was courteous and sympathetic to situation. A lessor company would have said It's late drop car see you tomorrow...no no, this fellow took car in and looked at immediately. I was amazed of the high level of mechanical and auto body expertise Mike possessed quickly identified issues within 30 minutes. However due to an unidentified accident on the car that Mike keenly found cause severe underbody damages that would need to be repaired. My dismay on hearing this was a shock, but Mike and his staff confidently told me that everything would be alright. Hence, this is the purpose I am giving the local public a snapshot of what AZ Cars is: an epitome of honesty, integrity, and class that many in the industry fall short. My car has been repaired and will be picking it up next week. I will update the before and after to place a bright light to his business! I believe God helped me find him and his company.Please support this company.”

“My 2012 Honda Civic was having electrical issues and I had already been turned away by a couple of shops saying they didn't want to touch it due to the nature of the issue. I didn't want to go to the Honda dealership due to the exorbitant costs associated with having any type of work done by them. I was referred to Garcia's by my manager. I called and was told that it would be a couple of weeks before they would be able to take a look at my car to do any sort of diagnosis. Not even a week went by and I received a call describing the issues with the car and the cost for the job. They finished the work in a day and I picked up the car a week later. “I was headed East on I-30 ( traffic heavy and flowing at 70 mph) when my SUV started to swerve dangerously. I was able to move right and my first exit took me right into Bulldog ( Complete Auto Repairs). The owner was walking out but saw me and asked " what can I help with". Quickly he saw four broken and missing tire lug bolts and one almost broken off. " We are extremely busy right now. We can repair this but probably can't finish it today". Then the friendly East Texas emotion took over--"Where are you from? You are so fortunate that that tire didn't come off. Where are you going? Lets see what we can do". Then the manager came back from lunch--they "huddled up" and " let us back out a car and get you repaired and on your way". Talking and consoling and directing me to a air conditiond Tea House across the street and as three service people analyzed, began repairs, went to supply house and got parts, repaired, tested, and had it ready to go in about 3 hours. I can never say enough "thank you", praise the attitude and professionalism of the entire organization, and recommend them to everyone.
