Don’t let all the surveillance cameras fool you!! Our trailer was stolen from their facility yet they supposedly couldn't provide me with any information on who drove it out of the front gate. The office personnel kept saying “where it was stored was out of sight of any cameras”. I explained it’s the front gate you should be reviewing, that’s the last conversation I had with them. If you store you property there check it on a daily bases.

Very clean. Good lighting. I missed locking my unit one time and got a call within 2 hours that they had noticed it. For the size, that was impressive, showed me they walked the property regularly.

The property and the property manager Myranda were amazing. She answered all my questions and concerns. I came in last minute and she still eager to go show me the unit and process. The facility is one of the nicest I have seen in a very long time. The upkeep is top notch with no trash in site. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

We have used this team (original owners before cubesmart bought this location) at multiple locations within Royse City. We have stored two campers and rented multiple storage units from them. They are always polite and have been able to accommodate our needs at a moments notice.

I wish I could give 0 stars. used to be a family owned storage place until it got sold off to "cube smart". To be honest you'd have to be "cube r-t-rded" to rent out here. They increased the monthly pay to over 25% within the first month of owning the place. There's cheaper and better places locally.

This was a great place for storage until CubeSmart took over. Be prepared for constant and often rate increases. My rent went up 25% after 6 months. I've dealt with CubeSmart in the past and actually moved from their Carrollton location to this facility before the takeover. I'm currently searching for another storage space to avoid the greed. Moving stinks but I refuse to pay the unreasonable price hikes.
