Showers are clean, but that operating right water don’t have any pressure and the shower was out of soap

Fueling at this location, you’ll be greeted with the morning trash smell as you walk into the store from the diesel fuel pump it’s so strong that you would not need to get your self coffee at all and good luck on getting a parking spot most if not all you had to pay for it at 20 plus at the moment if you could get your truck and trailer back in to your spot good luck and be safe out there

I like who ever does the google photos. .OST of the time . I search for a pilot truck.. the pictures. Never match the actual store. This store don't have an Arby's.. the etc ...

The worst pilot I have ever been to the bathrooms are nasty the showers are nasty and there's only 23 regular parking the rest are reserved can't believe this must be a privately owned because there's a new pilot on 20 no reserve parking don't understand why they got to be so greedy we pay for your high gas we pay for your stuff in your store that has been upcharge five dollars at least let us Park and be able to get some sleep for free I don't understand we pay fuel taxes and road taxes but we still got to pay to park at a truckstop..ijs

Cleaning staff is too lazy. Instead of cleaning showers they love to talk with each other. I wait 30 minutes even nobody was infront of me. Staff needs to learn some ethics. They are just wasting drivers time.
