Brought my Nissan into the shop last week and asked for my brakes to be checked along with a brake pedal that was stiffening up after sitting for a long time AND knowing I needed my front end suspension worked on. The customer service was phenomenal from start to finish! Everyone at the shop was polite and helpful. They provided honest feedback and more than fair prices considering I had received other quotes from shops in Princeton and Greenville for more than double my final bill at Gaines. This place is absolutely one of the best mechanic shops I’ve ever been too. Our Tahoe broke down on the way into Dallas from Texarkana. The following day we were able to have the truck towed to Gaines Automotive and we had a quote and solution within an hour of dropping it off. They were very affordable (saved us a ton of money) and quick to repair. We had the Tahoe on the road less than 24 hours after dropping it off. And the issue was. Or a simple repair.They’ve won my confidence and business. Even though I live in Carrollton, TX I’m taking all my vehicles to Gaines Automotive. They’ve earned my business and my respect because of their honesty, professionalism and urgency they showed me in repairing my vehicle.Thank you!!

My power steering stopped working. I called them up, they got me in same day and got me up and running again. Power steering pump went out, drives like a champ now! And wasn't charged an arm and a leg, I feel like anywhere else would have been more. He showed me the faulty part. I'm a very happy customer. Thanks you guys! I'll be back, hopefully not too soon. :)
