Thought I was ordering an OEM part from them because in the part description they listed the OEM manufacturer. Part arrived and was a product from an aftermarket supplier. I was told I had to pay return shipping. I also lost the $14 I paid to have it shipped in the first place. Customer Service couldn't care less. If not a deliberate scam, it was very misleading.

CHASE & CALEB ARE AWESOME. They try hard to get the parts we need and if they don't have it they get it in usually by the next day. I appreciate their hard work to get us the parts we need and it makes my job easier!!

the worst truck parts store in the country. Literally ordered only one item and one would expect that any store would be able to pack and ship this one item on time and in proper condition but not this store, not Chase Martin who literally shipped me an empty box. now ask yourself, what kind of store does that ????

I didn’t use them for parts, but I did break down outside their lot and pulled in and they had great service and allowed me to leave my vehicle there over night. Thank yall a lot.
