not such a good experience with some hats .. they did make it right but it was roughly a month later . after correctly making an the correct size it was good but messing up on sizes an then not expedited shipping of the hats they are ordering isn’t up to parr .. i had some issues with previous orders as well here but keep giving them a shot ..

Such a great company! They made shirts for my son's Tball team and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Quality of the shirts is great, colors are vibrant and just all around amazing. I'm so excited for the team to be seen in these shirts!!!!

The new owner and staff is inexperienced, at times unprofessional, and slow to respond. We waited three months to write this review hoping that they would decide to correct the mistakes made, but unfortunately they have not.We placed a very large order for the Quinlan High School Fishing Team after the owner, Cintia Haywood, assured us that they could handle the job. We paid them $4,065.44 for printing on jerseys, hoodies, and a banner. We took them our own hoodies that we purchased for $1,223.99.Our first order was not done by the deadline. The jerserys had multiple mistakes with some corrected and some not. They damaged our hoodies and had to reorder new ones making our second order also late. When we finally received our hoodies, they had thick adhesive all over the pockets leaving grease spots and a sticky residue that will not come off even after many washes. The owner admitted the quality was poor and that she did not want to give them to us, but has refused to replace the hoodies unless we pay to have them redone. What business gives poor quality products to their customers but expects the customer to spend more money?Overall, this was the worst experience we have ever had with a printer. We have given them ample time to make this right. Very unfortunate!

The people at the shop were told how my last name was spelled. They managed to mess it up by putting an extra letter. If they fix it for free I will rate them higher.

Our entire experience with this business has been unforgettable. We ordered extra coaches' shirts and were advised that we could not put coach on the back of our shirts. (We offered to pay for it, I guess they didn't want to do it.) We also purchased four additional hats. Two are still missing.When we received our box of uniforms, there was a post-it note inside stating two hats were missing. Of course, we did not think to keep the note because we assumed they would issue our hats to us. Now, each time we call about the two missing hats we get the runaround. They are seriously reviewing security footage to see if we are missing our hats. (Really?) I spoke with the owner, and I have to say she is one of the most problematic people I have dealt with in customer service.I haven't been offered a refund for the hats up to this point. The only thing I've experienced is horrible customer service by the ENTIRE staff.We used this printing facility because the Caddo Youth Association told us we had to, and it has turned into a nightmare.Horrible customer service, basically being told we are lying about two missing hats, no refund offered, printing job came off in the wash. Does the list need to go on?All I can say is I am very unimpressed by this business, and I do not recommend them.Edited: Seems the owner forgot to mention the reason she was greeted with a bad attitude is because that is how I was treated. My husband brought up the customer service at this place to me originally, so, I thought I would experience it for myself. Did not disappoint!Also, I know I’m missing two hats that’s why I am making a big deal of it. You are taking from me at this point. A good business owner makes things right without having to be told to do so. ?? To address the note situation, I heard a conversation where my husband was told the notes are for the staff when they load a box, however, he was also told you personally packed the box. So which is it? The fact that all of this is happening because I paid for two hats and still don't have them is ludicrous. Things should of been made right two weeks ago. It is hard to have an adult conversation when there isn't a compromise and responses are nonchalant. (cough cough when no one cares what I am going through to try and track down two hats that were paid for!!)I treat people how I am treated or how they treat my loved ones. We have been given excuse after excuse for two weeks and no resolution has been presented. I have no reason to lie about the experience I have gone through.

The new owner is absolutely amazing as well as the whole crew. The graphic designers do amazing work as well. If you need anything done definitely use them.

Great shop, with fair prices and outstanding customer service. Have always been great at getting exactly what we want, and making sure we get a chance to look at samples when they have them available.If they’re able to help you save money, they will too. Great knowledge from these folks, who are enthusiastic about helping the customers. Highly recommend
