I loved staying here for 2 months while working on the pipeline! It's such a pretty place and well kept up by the owner. A laundry mat on site as well with a full restroom in it(toilet,shower,&sink) and I loved the gated privacy here!! If you need a place to stay for a night or two, or even a month or two, it's definitely worth the stay!!!

We stayed the whole month of March at 11Oaks RV very clean and quiet Bobbie is very accommodating and very helpful close to all the Round Top venues with out the traffic plenty of room she didn’t mind us bringing a extra trailer for our shopping best rv place in the area

I’ve had my airstreams at 11 Oaks during the antique shows in Round Top, and it’s a perfect location! Quiet yet close to everything.It’s less than 5 minutes from Blue Hills and Big Red Barn.I like this RV park because I feel safe. Bobbi, the owner, keeps track of who’s on her property, it’s gated, and you can’t see it from the road.Bobbi is very personable and has lived in Round Top for years. She has chickens on her property, and you can buy fresh eggs from her. The chickens like to hang out by the gate at sunset lolThe property has some large oak trees. I think there’s around 20 RV spots with full hook ups and Wi-Fi, one very tiny home, and a mobile home.

I have stayed in this Rv parks for the last 16 years and can't rave enough about this place. Very convenient to the Antique festival in Round Top, Tx. The owner is super nice and very helpful should any need arise. Thank you 11 oaks for always accommodating me.

Terrible Incompetent owner who will take your money then lie and say you didn't pay. Never pay her in cash like she demands you do. Always get a money order even when paying for laundry. I paid double in rent, paid extra for laundry because she always said nobody paid, then she lied. After claiming she was closing down she will still lie to say you owe and pow after she took everyone's money and even TRR money she kicks you out. Roberta is a crook and will be proven in court sooner than later for all to see what type of human this lady is.
