Purchased a cosmetic item on the way back from Stephenville Tx, purchased the wrong color, took it to Walgreens in BulverdeTx and was told I cannot return this item bc they do not carry said item! What?!?!
I asked how a shopper is suppose to know which items are at what store?!?!
And as a customer, we should be able to purchase any item and return it at any Walgreens, if needed.
Also, FYI, if you are a loyalty member and use any points for your purchase…they will only give you store credit, even if you have the receipt!!!!
I am done with Walgreens and the lack of common sense!

The phone has a rapid busy dial tone every time I call. How am I supposed to communicate with you when you can't receive or take my call? I have to drive back to town to your location to pick up the medication you failed to give to me last night. I got 3 prescriptions from my doctor, your pharmacist handed me 2 of them but I didn't get the pain medication. I have repeatedly tried to call, yesterday and today, and the phone you have listed on Google and everywhere else does not work. Unless you don't want to take calls, I suggest that you fix it so your customers won't be inconvenienced - like I have been.

I was in this store. My daughter works at this store. But had called off. Looking at laundry soap, I heard some one loudly and rudely discussing my daughter. Very rude and unprofessional. And I believe violates hippa laws.

I just transferred EVERY SINGLE PRESCRIPTION I HAVE TO BURNET HEB. I was lied to about how many tabs BCBS would authorize on a refill. Asked them to call and confirm and they said they would not do it, EVEN WHEN I TOLD THEM I TALKED DIRECT TO BCBS. Rude phone service, left holding for over 45 minutes at a time then disconnected. They don't want my business for over 15 scripts a month with insurance paying over $5K a month; HEB is loving it!

The pharmacist (she) at this location denies doctor approved medication for patients, unbelievable, and they censor their reviews. I’ll be going back to the Fredricksburg location! The company itself is struggling. Avoid this location. Corporate has been contacted.

This place use to be amazing but over the last couple months the new people they hired have horrible customer service. When im there to pick up they are so rude and uncaring. When I call in, I’m on hold over 15-20 mins and then I’m constantly being hung up on. Takes an hour to get through if I’m lucky! I miss the regular staff! The blonde ladies are amazing. My daughter is on several meds so we deal with the pharmacy regularly. I’m so sad their service has gone downhill!! As if being a special needs parent doesn’t already come with a lot to deal with!

My mother had surgery today so I went in her place to pick up her RX’s. I do not live here so I walked up to the pharm desk right at 1:30pm UNAWARE they close for lunch. A person was being helped & a male was on his phone they were not closed, no sign was out that they were at lunch. BEFORE I could speak this male told me very spicy to come back at 2pm. BEFORE I could even apologize that I did not know he again VERY spicy said “I DESERVE MY LUNCH I AM HERE FOR 12 HRS”
It is a shame he was that stressed & hungry he needed to do all that. I work in health care so I understand & sympathize but he did not even give me the chance to be a human. Either give this man more breaks or get him some help. In the meantime my mother will be switching pharmacies b/c they are not really there to help you. Maybe this is why WALGREENS are shutting down. Ppl like him.

Traveling/hiking by bike, I parked here and hung up a hammock between two shade trees to wait a while for an amazon locker delivery across the street.... far away from any store customers... & without speaking a single word to me, the store manager decided to call law enforcement on me and have me escorted off premise for trespassing.
Rude. Do better sir, frankly I'm not a bit surprised your store is clinging to dear life for three stars on Google, with a spineless leader like you in charge. Your shift lead this day also happened to be intensely rude.
Go to dollar general folks, they'll take better care of you. Go to a local pharmacy if you need RX. This store doesn't deserve your business. NOT A BIT.

Horrible experience with getting RX filled. Rx Manager told me that I didn't need my prescription filled at that time, and I should come back in a few days. She said they were too busy to work on it because they were short-staffed and corporate wouldn't let her hire an additional Rx techician. Sounds like she is the one with issues. HEB filled it with no issues. ZERO STARS!

Horrible pharmacy customer service, claimed they filled my prescription and didn't. The blonde lady that works there is so rude it is ridiculous, where did they find this miserable human being. They have my medication on backorder and then never call me when it is in stock. Burnet is the worst.... Switching to CVS.

I am a hospice nurse and I had a patient in a pain crisis who needed pain medication ASAP. The last time I called, I called at 5:45, and the pharmacy closes at 8. I ended up hanging up after waiting on hold for over two hours for one phone call. Earlier in the day, anytime I had to contact the pharmacy, I waited on hold for 30 minutes to an hour. Apparently this store does not care to prioritize phone calls at all. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be recommending that my patients do not use this pharmacy from now on.

When we first started using this pharmacy a year ago, my perception was the best and fastest customer service of any Walgreens Pharmacy I ever experienced; that perception has changed...!!! We will be finding a new pharmacy. Lack of organization, care, and efficiency is gone! Drive-thru is even worse around lunchtime. Staff could care less if you have sat in line for 15 min, they'll just shut the blinds and go to lunch. Perfect example of DEI hiring at it's best... Save yourself, find another pharmacy. DO NOT recommend!

Started this location because of available hours and fast service. My child has a disability and when we need meds we need them at odd hours and fast. Now they are the exact opposite, insanely slow and rude. Today the lady told me she "couldn't do" something that has been done many times over in the past. She just didn't want to do her job, so we had to pay more than required just so my daughter can get her meds and she can be lazy. Will be going to another pharmacy. Don't recommend.

This pharmacy is the worst ever. Find another pharmacy. Prescriptions are never filled complete, unexplained price increases. They take long lunches and close early at times for no reason. Stay away!

poor excuse for a pharmacy.you cant call them by phone - can only work with automated calls.I reordered a Rx 3 times & they just couldnt make it happen.this this was the 3rd time this happened .same day I called got another local pharmacy in town to transfer the Rx & I got it in about 30 minutes.I'll never use Wallgreens again
