I could not locate the issue, so we left our car with HCT overnight. Got a call the next day that it was just a rock stuck against one of the rotors and that I could pick up the car any time and there would be NO charge. What a refreshing experience from an honest company. Thank you”
“Came in today to get a new tire mounted and balanced. I chose this shop due to the great reviews on their Google maps account, and I have to say that they are not wrong! Dale is so friendly and we had such a good conversation during the 15 minutes that it took him to mount and balance my tire. His friend Doug was there as well and was just as genuine and friendly as Dale, I will be coming back here for all of my tire needs from now on!!! I can't say much about the waiting room, it's a tire shop waiting room. I spent my time outside chit chatting with Dale and had a great experience!”
“Me my friend and my husband were on vacation in Texas visiting my mother in law and our car broke down on the highway out of nowhere luckily Burnet Tire and Automotive was right there to help us we bought new tires and they fit perfectly and honestly saved us from a huge problem haha Ryan was the one who helped us and he was really kind and explained everything and the rest of the staff were super nice too overall really thankful for them”
