Louie was so helpful with a uhaul rental. I had to go buy an adapter for the lights next door at orielly and he helped make sure I knew what to get and was so patient. I highly recommend

Went by JB's today to return 4 orders to Amazon. JB's now has a new name. The nice lady who helped me order the Amazon return labels and make sure everything was good to go spent about 40 minutes with me. I didn't get her name but she was cheerful and knowledgeable. Made my day. She is an excellent employee.
