Used to like this pharmacy and switched form Hancock heb because they were quick and convenient. Over the phone they have major attitude nowadays. I've been nearly hung up on twice after calling for basic things! I'm not sure who is answering but it's always guys who act like I'm a problem for checking on my rx.

Most of the time I’m satisfied with the quality of service at this location. However, on Sunday’s there is a grouchy crew in this pharmacy. When you call them to ask a question they seem to be irritated by your call. I’m not sure how it is on Saturdays. The rest of the week is okay. Currently working on finding another pharmacy with a better customer service.

The worst pharmacy in Central Texas.. They either don't have the drug, or will have to order it, or they didn't receive the email/fax prescription from the Doctor. This happen 90% of time I try to use HEB Pharmacy in Burnet.

Why would the deli no longer have fried chicken, etc at lunchtime or other times? Been told if you want some you must call 2 hours ahead to get any.
