Used to like this pharmacy and switched form Hancock heb because they were quick and convenient. Over the phone they have major attitude nowadays. I've been nearly hung up on twice after calling for basic things! I'm not sure who is answering but it's always guys who act like I'm a problem for checking on my rx.

Most of the time I’m satisfied with the quality of service at this location. However, on Sunday’s there is a grouchy crew in this pharmacy. When you call them to ask a question they seem to be irritated by your call. I’m not sure how it is on Saturdays. The rest of the week is okay. Currently working on finding another pharmacy with a better customer service.

The worst pharmacy in Central Texas.. They either don't have the drug, or will have to order it, or they didn't receive the email/fax prescription from the Doctor. This happen 90% of time I try to use HEB Pharmacy in Burnet.

Why would the deli no longer have fried chicken, etc at lunchtime or other times? Been told if you want some you must call 2 hours ahead to get any.

over all good small HEB. staff over all friendly, store generally very clean and stocked. I hope they expand it and add self check and curbside but for what it is it's good. it's a very small store in a reasonably high traffic area so the lines can get long at certain times but the floor managers (csms or whatever they call them) do their best to minimize your wait time by opening more registers if they have registered trained people or directing you to other lines you might not have seen.

What happened to the days of picking up meds quickly? It now takes 5+ hours for them to fill a prescription. Not to mention the employees aren't the most friendly.

Stopped in on a Hill Country cruise to get picnic items. I was pleased to see it was fairly well stocked and the partners were all very friendly. Sometimes I wish I could return to work HEB. Burnet reminded me of my younger years at the smaller stores.
