Facility doesn’t have a manager that works on site. Booking the units and paying is all online. The problem? Maintenance of the facility to ensure your valuables are stored in a clean environment as stated on their website and in their contract. They are in breach of their contract for the entire facility (including climate control units) are very infested with bugs and rodents. This is a health hazard with the level of excrement and dead rodents lying around. I brought all the concerns to the management and there was absolutely no concern for the infestation. I have to dispose of most of my items. The response was “that is why you have insurance “. Buyer or in this case, renter beware.

Wouldn't recommend unless you want to lose everything you own to rats and mice ? we did short term living in an RV do had our entire 4 bedroom house in our storage. Every box was chewed into, all of our items destroyed. Furniture all REAKED. Disgusting. Ask us how many dead rats we found in or things and in the storage too. Thousands of dollars down the drain.

Need storage space... go see Colby !! He has been so helpful and curtious. He noticed I had been sitting out front for a bit and came out to check to make sure everything was alright. I was trying to login to pay online after seeing the info in the window. I was wanting to avoid getting out as I had my little one with me. He said no problem and helped me curbside take care of everything I needed.
