Salon was pretty clean kind of cluttered though. Nails look good although I think I could have done my toes better. Employees were kind! Payment only is Venmo or Zelle which she doesn't tell you at beginning

Good experience getting my nails done, but when I needed one nail fixed, I tried multiple times to get them to fix it. They would not do it and always said "he is busy" as if there is only one person who works there. Do they not want to fix their work that broke because it will not cost me as much as a full set of nails? I said I would go to another salon to get it fixed and they said "Sorry about that" as if not even trying to help does not matter to them.

the experience was good and so was the quality but my nails where fat and i asked for frinch tip and he didn’t paint or anything they where nasty and fat and pink tint

This salon is dirty. They do not properly clean their tools and equipment. I should have left the minute I entered. I had a pedicure (gel), it is bumpy and the gel bleeds into my skin, it is already flaking off after 3 days. I had dip on my nails, it was horrible. I showed him my shape at the beginning, he completely ruined my current shape, the color was white and started to yellow after 3 days, my nails have started chipping after one week. The purpose of dipping is to not use a drill. He drilled on my hands the entire time. DO NOT GO HERE. The worst part was how dirty the place is.

I love Crystal Nails! As a small business owner myself, I try to shop local, but unfortunately, some businesses have poor service or high prices; NOT SO HERE! They are professional, friendly, and have competitive pricing. The husband and wife team do a great job covering all of the bases.

I was able to get a last minute appointment after a nearby nail salon was unopened and no-showed their appointments on a Saturday morning leaving 3 customers waiting outside. I called Crytal Nails and had a great experience. It's family owned and operated with detailed and quality care in their work. I'm a visitor and would make this my regular salon if I was a resident.Service: Acrylic nails

Nice people, but seems like they don't know what there doing. Nails are crooked. Bubbles in the acrylic polish. Why is the white so long? I do not recommend.

I've been going to Crystal Nails for years, but about 18 months ago, I started going for regular manicures and pedicures.Hannah and Michael are so nice! The shop is very clean. I have never had any kind of infection even though I might be more prone to them as a diabetic.My pedicures last for a month, I need my nails trimmed before the polish wears off, and I always feel so pampered.I've tried Tap nails as well as the powder and gel nails. I always have super cute nails that last!Hannah does an excellent job waxing my eyebrows (and chin). I look more put together because of it.The location is easy to find, right off Hwy 281 (Water St), near the Hwy 281/Hwy 29 intersection in Burnet. There's plentiful parking, including wheelchair parking and shop access.While in the shop, take the opportunity to look at Hannah's beautiful crocheted items! She is a wizard with the crochet hook, and a couple of my family members own some of her creations.Their prices are very reasonable!I've read the other reviews here, and I noticed a lot of the poorer reviews are from 2-4 years ago. Don't let ancient reviews keep you away! Go and get some pampering and beautiful nails! I don't go any other place.I highly recommend Crystal Nails, I don't go anywhere else!

Went to get my daughter's nails done, the guy just glued nails on (like you would get at Walmart) and painted them. The lines aren't straight and they paint is bumpy. Not worth $65.
