THIS SHOP WAS TRULY A BLESSING FOR ME AS WELL AS DANIEL, WHO I CANNOT EXPRESS ADEQUATELY ENOUGH HOW APPRECIATIVE AND THANKFUL I AM FOR AND TO HIM WITH HOW HE DOES WHAT HE DOES. ITS SLIM TO NONE THESE DAYS THAT ONE CAN FIND A SHOP THAT CARES ENOUGH TO DO THE WORK WITH INTEGRITY AND PRIDE AND HAVE THE ACTUAL KNOWLEDGE TO DO SO. THE TEAM OF GUYS THERE ALSO CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO, KNOW HOW TO DO WHAT THEY DO, AND FROM START TO FINISH ARE GOING TO PUT EVERY EFFORT INTO DOING WHAT THEY DO, PROPERLY.
WHEN I GOT MY 2023 RAPTOR R BACK FROM HILL COUNTRY COLLISION, I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT IVE NEVER BEEN MORE PLEASED OR RELIEVED THAT THEY HELPED ACHIEVE WHAT WE HAD DISCUSSED TO BE THE GOAL, WHICH WAS MAKE MY NEW TRUCK LOOK LIKE NOTHING HAD HAPPENED. THEY HAVE THE SKILL THERE TO BACK UP WHAT THEY SAY THEY CAN DO, BUT THE MAJOR DIFFERENCE WITH HILL COUNTRY COLLISION THAT MAKES THEM STAND OUT ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY OTHER BODYSHOPS IVE HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO EXPERIENCE PRIOR TO , IS THAT THEY CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO AND THEY CARE ABOUT SATISFYING YOU, AND IT SHOWS FROM START TO FINISH.
THANK YOU HILL COUNTRY COLLISION FOR CARING, AND THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS EXPERIENCE ONE THAT RESTORED MY FAITH IN KNOWING THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE AND PLACES OUT THERE THAT WILL STILL DO THEIR WORK WITH INTEGRITY AND HONESTY WITH THE SKILLS TO BOOT.
YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST AND I CAN PROMISE YOU THAT ANYBODY I KNOW OR MEET ALONG THE WAY THAT NEED TO FIND A BODYSHOP, FROM THIS POINT ON, IM GOING TO BE SENDING YOUR WAY.
HILL COUNTRY COLLISION IS THE BOMB, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING ANYWHERE ELSE, YOULL ONLY REGRET NOT TAKING MY ADVICE.

Hillcountry Collision is still waiting for my insurance company's estimate. Regardless of that, they will still repair my Explorer, which was vandalized. And no, I did not call the Burnet County Sheriff Department. I would have driven to Llano County to make the report rather than deal with the BCSO.
Hillcountry Collision in Burnet will do an excellent job. That's why we go there.

It’s hard to find small businesses that work is hard as his family does. I found them after we had a horrible experience with a chain auto body place in marble Falls. From the second we walked in their business we felt as they were our family. They took care of our needs at a fair price.

Huge shoutout to Bulldog Bodywerks in Burnet. My daughter’s car had horrible hail damage from a storm in Lampasas. They did a great job once before so we used them to fix the hail damage. Once again, they took great car of us and you can’t tell that the car had almost $15k in damage. I highly recommend Bulldog Bodywerks!Services: Body & Trim

Repair completed over a week behind estimate for a front-end accident. Took to have routine maintenance shortly after to find out the horn isn't working and the alignment was still messed up. Another $750+ in repairs due to parts used.

Bulldog Bodywerks did an outstanding job on my car. It was completed a long time before it was promised. The office people are very courteous and helpful. The shop employees were very courteous and knowledgeable. I will recommend my friends and family to use this bodyshop.Services: Painting

Mine was one of many cars damaged by hail in March. I got a repair appointment and dropped my car off. My car was taken apart and sat at their shop for over 3 months in a field in the back. Each week my pickup date was extended, for either the same reason as the previous week or another excuse, long after my rental car expired. They stopped answering my calls, wouldn't allow us to pick up my car and take it elsewhere because it was in pieces. After MANY phone calls and frustrations, I got my car back. It looks great so the work was good, but it smelled terrible, like dirty carpet, and there are spider webs in my car regularly now and the door frames were full of dirt and leaves after being left open outside for so long. There was no sense of urgency to return ANY of the hail damaged cars and our frustrations fell on deaf ears. I tried to use a local business, but will NOT consider Bulldog Bodywerks for any future repairs.

Josh and Michelle, the owners, are very professional and I will not use anyone else for my repairs as their work is high quality. I prefer quality over speed anytime and if speed is your thing then go to Mako, as Bulldog Body Werks only does high end work and they do not turn out so, so work. They are proud of their work and it shows in all areas of their lives. They have raised 3 boys that know how to work and don’t sit around waiting for someone else to do it, like society is doing more and more nowadays. And the insurance companies of the world love to blame the little guy or throw them under the bus in order to cover their backsides with their customers. Bottom line you want quality work by quality people then go to Bulldog Body Werks in Burnet, Texas. Josh is a fiberglass specialist also. He painted my 33 Ford and it has won many a car show because of the paint and body work. Don’t believe some insurance bums sitting in some air conditioned office throwing body shops under the busses.Services: Body & Trim
