Worst customer service, worst computer system since they cannot keep our information together. Highly recommend never stepping foot in a Zales store ever. The manager is sparky and rude and apparently doesn't have a boss, and she can do what she wants.

The old woman with black hair is rude as they come. Three times I attempted to resize my ring and they can’t get it right. The same woman was rude to my fiance about resizing his ring. I don’t know why she works there if she hates zales customers. I’m assuming it’s jealousy her husband hasn’t bought her jewelry in twenty years. I’m never shopping here again.

Faye was amazing. She helped me find the PERFECT ring for my wedding and even helped me find the PERFECT ring with earrings and necklace to match. She helped my fiance find a wedding band to match. The quality of jewelry here is horrible, as is the customer service. They obliterated my wedding ring upon resizing it and refused to give me something new of similar value EVEN with me having a warranty plan. I either had to buy up, purchase one of a lesser value and pay for a resizing, or buy one outright online with a “promise” to refund. Save yourself time and do not shop here. Go to Southern Gem Fine Jewelers, Kubes, or Marquise.

Horrible customer service. Having an associate say “I don’t believe you have brought in your ring to get the diamonds looked at without the diamond bond. I have been here two years.” Excuse me? We bring it in every single time to get inspected and we never have issues. Lately we have had issues with the old system and new system where they can’t pull us up but somehow they always end up finding us. We do our part in bringing the rings in to get them inspected so the diamond bond stays current. Horrible business practice with an associate telling us we are liars. Do better Zales. So fast to take our money but even quicker to call us liars. I am beyond disgusted at the associate. Interaction was around the 4:40pm mark and 5:25pm mark. Older lady.

I had a great experience today at this Zales. Amanda was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I will defiantly do any future jewelry shopping at this location. It was very clean and the displays were beautiful. Great prices and sales going on. Thanks for a nice shopping experience today and for all your help with my purchase. I have been a long time customer of this outlet. One ring I purchased in 2010 the computer system, due to new system being installed, lost my diamond bond number that is needed to replace lost diamonds, in which I purchased this protection. FAYE, at this store location happily handled getting my diamond bond number restored! She was pleasant and tenacious in getting this issue resolved for me. That was genuine CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Faye, your management needs to know they have a great employee.
