horrible banker for this location I’m walking in to need help the workers give me the businesses car telling me need to schedule or go different locations! I’m been with Wells Fargo 25 year I never see anything happened like this!

How is a bank short staffed? I needed to take care of something which required a banker. There was not one available at all until 2 1/2 hours futuristically. Going to another location.

This bank has gone way down hill. Look how long this line is. The only guy working is in training and the other Burleson branch is closed on Saturdays. This is totally ridiculous. They literally told me it would be faster for me to drive to the Crowley branch than wait in that line.

The tellers here are nice but they are extremely short handed. Here on Friday and only one teller for both the front and drive through. I will avoid this location the future.

Till this day they still have the same people running this, a lack of customer service and work ethic. Its getting frustrating to even try to get help there because they don't help. Keep up the hard WORK !!

This location is a JOKE!!! Manager told our employees that he would CLOSE our account if our employees kept trying to cash their payroll checks there! That our payroll account of 12 years is for deposit only!!! Whoever heard of such nonsense!

Worst experience I have ever had, wanted to take money of my account and waited an entire hour, couldn’t be given a time frame on verifying a check that had already been deposited into my account days before (obviously it was verified with deposit) left without my own money out of my own account, sad*update — they also took it upon themselves to turn off and close my debit card without authorization.

They never answer the phone. They just opened and I can’t get anyone on the phone and it’s been 20 minutes. It’s like this Everytime I call. I just want my situation to be solved with my account.

No customer service or consideration. Wells Fargo as a whole does not care in the slightest about its customers, but this branch upholds company goal of terrible customer care more than most I’ve seen. When they actually were open, I was unable to get a business contract notarized because “Betty” said she didn’t understand what kind of contract it was and refused to notarize it. It was literally a lease agreement between 2 business partners, but that could not matter less as a notarization is verifying identification and signature validation. They attempted to turn me away when I came in to submit a wire transfer because I didn’t make an appointment until I informed them their online appointment scheduler does not work and I repeatedly called their branch location to talk to somebody on the phone to schedule but never received an answer in over 15 minutes of repeated dials. Now that every other business is open post pandemic this specific branch has decided to remain closed and only offer drive-through services. So now, Instead of being able to go down the street to my Wells Fargo bank (which is why I originally chose to work with Wells Fargo because they were in close proximity) I’m now having to drive up to Crowley and go to that branch location who has decided to be open. It is absolutely incredible to me that a company willing to hold hundreds of thousands of my dollars fights tooth and nail against providing services for said dollars.

I loved my experience at Wells Fargo today. I am not a member at Wells Fargo but I had a check that needed to be endorsed and they were able to help me very quickly. The bank was also extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly. When I need to look for a new bank, I would greatly consider them.
