Horrible service from a pharmacist named Caroline or Carolyne. Tried to find out why the pharmacy wouldn’t fill my some prescription. Interrupted my 5 times, yelled at me and then walked off and said someone else can help you. Never got an answer or the medication.
This is the pharmacy you should use if you’re trying to kill yourself, by not taking your meds. Because you’re not going to get your essential medications and your not going to get an answer, just attitude and irreverence.

I have used Walgreens Pharmacy for years but I have had several bad experiences at this location in regards to professionalism and competency. HEB Pharmacy is my go to now. Way more professional, timely, and easy to speak to someone on the phone.

If I could choose zero stars I would. Do not use the photo department for any photo cubes!! I ordered two photo cubes on the same day. Got a text they were ready. Checked both out one was damaged ! I asked do y’all look at these before you box them . The lady said they should have since they had to make them. So after arguing with the rude manager Amanda they said it be an hour to re make it. Yes I’m angry because that should have never even been boxed. So I come back same rude manager comes up hands it to me and tells me she didn’t make it so she doesn’t know what it looks like I open the box. It looks like the same damaged cube. I asked who made it and Elyse come to the counter with the same poor attitude like it didn’t matter the photos was poorly cut and placed on the cube. Then decided to try to tell me it was the quality of what they had to work with. Photos were clear. What’s sad is it’s how the photos were cut and placed and on the cube. Showing the manager she and Elyse just thought it was funny. I’ve already called Corporate and waiting for a call back from an escalation manager.

Not sure where they find their employees but every time I come here the girls at the drive thru have an attitude. No customer service skills and they’ll just walk away without saying anything and take forever just to grab a medication that was already ready.

Worst Walgreens I've ever been to! Incredibly rude nose ring girl in the pharmacy couldn't be bothered to help me locate a bee sting kit for my son, it was just "I guess check on that wall." They didn't have one so I improvised and grabbed a few items to make one and then the surly burly cashier "lady" had to put down her phone to check out my items, but didn't say one word until the transaction was approved and I was on my way out the door. I will drive to Cleburne Walgreens or just go to CVS from now on. Burleson as a town has gone downhill

Alot of times they say my Rx will be ready in the morning at a certain time. I give it over 2 hours after the time they stated and they still don't have my meds ready. I have to get back in line and wait again. I also avoid the right hand side outdoor pick up line because when the meds come down and the little box opens, my meds always spill out. If I don't have someone with me to retrieve them then I have to climb over my passenger seat to get out of my car to get the meds. Very inconvenient unless you have a passenger with you.

I'm only leaving 2 stars because it's for the store inside, not the pharmacy. The employees inside the store are friendly and helpful. However, if we're just talking about the pharmacy and this includes going inside, Drive- through, and calling them, they would get a -10 star if it was possible, and I will explain. Drive thru is backed up to the road sometimes, and yes, that's understandable, but you're sitting in line for about an hour. I tried to go inside for my medication and the same thing. Long lines and the wait is extremely long. What really makes me upset is when you call them because they never apply your insurance to your meds (and they get mad at the window if you don't call ahead). 1-You're sent to a call center that asks a bunch of questions, then procedes to say, "I can't help you, I'll transfer you to the pharmacy", now your on hold for about 20 minutes. 2-When someone gets on the phone, they try to help and are mostly confused because they are in the middle of something else, and you are put on hold for another person. Normally, the pharmacist and they seem like there annoyed that they have to help, but do. Today was my breaking point, and this is the reason for the overlong waiting review... Since I received my new insurance card in January, I brought it in, and they said it was now in the system. I ordered my medication, and it showed it wasn't applied again. I was on the phone with 2 different people, and they told me again they didn't have my card and had to bring it in. I just had major surgery, so I told them I couldn't, and the girl gave a major attitude and put it in on the phone. I was in the middle of asking her when they would be ready, and she hung up on me. I have been changing my meds to cvs even though their drive-through is slow. They get meds ready fast, have no insurance problems, and always answer their phones within less than 3-5 minutes. Personally, I think they need more workers, so it runs right and more smoothly but I will not be getting my meds here after these refills are done. I need to say that the lady pharmacist that works the night shift is awesome. She's helpful and does your prescriptions perfect so if you want to come here go at midnight or later
