Dr. Nguyen’s eye exam was quick and thorough. All her staff was friendly and put me at ease. James helped me with my purchase of new frames. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful and I wasn’t upcharged for things I didn’t need. I would definitely go back to this location and would recommend it to others.

I was greeted by a very nice lady that explained the sales and showed me the different frames.She then gave me an estimate in order for me to make the best decision.She then did the measurements and got a second opinion on the measurements which showed She was spot on.I had to thank her and let her know how pleased I was with how she took care of business.Thanks, Adrian

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cathy Nguyen. Very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly. She takes the time to answer all of your questions, gives you great advice about your eyes and prescription. James and the techs on the other side, just as friendly, professional, helpful and nice. I still drive over here from Sugar Land to their location on the NW Freeway, just because it's the best place to go!

Dr. Cathy Nguyen is the absolute best. Everytime I go see her she is always warm and friendly. She goes out of the way to make sure I get excellent care. I recommend her to any and everyone. If you are every in the area, please go ahead and check her out.

Dr. Cathy Nguyen is an excellent Doctor. She saw some issues with my eyes that I did not pay attention to or notice. She even suggested I go to an Ophthalmologist for my concerns. Definitely recommend.

Love this place, easy to schedule an eye exam, everyone is super nice. Cathy the doctor is super knowledgeable and explains everything and takes time with her patients. Next door James is awesome he is kind and helped me to get my glasses ordered and went over everything and got me the best deal. I recommend this place for your exam and glasses.keep up the good work everyone!

Dr Cathy Nguyen is a professional, caring, trustworthy eye Doctor. She showed me the path to better eyesight very quickly & efficiently with a thorough eye exam, asking pertinent precise questions to get to a wonderful resolution to my vision.This was my first time, it won't be my last. I trust her implicitly with my eyes ... what more needs to be said!

Walked in, Mr. James Rejda greeted me. I explained that I had purchased my new glasses from Walmart right up the road unfortunately for me after 3 adjustments they still failed to get my eyeglasses straight on my face.How could they not see their crooked?James explained the process and that VW of course wasn't responsible for damages. I took a chance after the previous adjustments that went array at Walmart Vision Center and low & behold "VISION WORKS" got me on the straight and narrow again lol.I offered, demanded to pay a fee which he refused. Excellent service, highly recommend and in the future will return to this gentleman for my eyecare needs.

I had an overall good experience, didn't like that I had to return a second time to fix the issue hopefully I can see with these that are coming soon i have to say the staff was great the doc even greater she didnt stop till i had the right ones.....anna

I’ve been going to this same location since I first moved to Houston in 2017. Dr. Cathy Nguyen is amazing and has been taking great care of me. Of course the frame store next door does an amazing job every time too

Nice place. I saw Dr. Nguyen right next door and brought the prescription here. How’s convenient! James, the one who helped me are very knowledgeable; he gave me very honest suggestions on frame. He had all detailed breakdowns between options that I chose. They are very professional. Feel comfortable here. Another plus is they’re just 5’ away fron my work. Definitely will suggest more family and friends here.
