Horrible experience took my daughter for contacts on November 18 and as if December 9 we still have not been seen for a fitting appointment this is ridiculous I have never experienced such a delay in getting contacts worse place ever ........ never going back again and will not recommend to anyone

I will never come back to this doctor who messed up my eye prescription. I had to check it again with another OD who told me that the original prescription was way off! It caused me dizziness and 'double vision like,' and headaches. This inconvenience costed me to leave my work because if the headache and dizziness plus had to redo my glasses, called my vision insurance and wait another 10 days without them. That's why I would/will NOT recommend Stacie Atkins!

They were great, she really takes her time and very through. She doesn't rush you at all. I will definitely be using her from now on.

Best Optometrist in the area. Both my mom and husband love how thorough she is. She never makes you feel rushed. Genuinely cares about her patients.

So unprofessional. I have been wearing glasses since 2nd grade and therefore have had many eye exams, but I have never been treated as horribly as I have at this eye doctor. Her staff started reviewing my new patient forms with me in front of everyone else sitting in the waiting area. I've had the same prescription for the past 10 years, but Dr. Atkins insisted on weakening my prescription by a quarter step even after telling her I don't suffer from head aches. After finally leaving the office (1 1/2 hours later), I tried to order contacts online but was told that the prescription I was given was so specific to the brand the doctor was trying to push on me ($30 dollars more) that I wasn't able to choose the contacts I wanted at my leisure. So frustrating. Nothing about this visit was positive.
