They fixed my phone for me in just minutes when the first store I went to wasn't able to fix it. I don't remember the name of the guy that helped me, but he was super nice and even explained some things that ultimately helped me save a lot of time and money. This will definitely be my go to store moving forward

Went in to get new contract with 2 lines and 2 phones. Employees are Hispanic and we are white and we waited over 30 minutes and a Hispanic fam walks in door and they immediately take them. We spoke up and they claimed they were next so we left.

Their sign in system is lacking. It asked you for info and said they would send a text when it was our turn. We weren't receiving texts.....that is why we were there.?

If I could give no stars I would. When going in the store I wasn’t greeted properly no one made eye contact as if they didn’t want me in the store. I didn’t feel like a customer at all! Do better

Giving a shout out to this Verizon location. I came in all upset and yelly due to over the top frustration with telephone tech support and the listened with compassion, placed themselves in my shoes. They came up with options to fix my login issues. It’s still in process but at least they cared and they have ideas on how to fix.
