I scheduled an appointment at 3:45 to have my passport completed. They did not put me on their schedule so I took off time from work came up here and was unable to complete the process due to their incompetence.

3 stars for now, a few of my packages have been getting swapped // mail key has been swapped lately -- please please , I know y'all are doing your best // it's hot and you're ready to get in and cool down/ see the family and all that but it can be really inconvenient when your mail key is swapped // someone else's mail is in your door step / I don't mind taking packages to their addresses but some people don't take the time to ..

Will never use this post office again. Dropped off multiple packages that were never scanned in and our now lost in transit somewhere. This PO says they don’t scan in packages there, they send them straight to FW. However FW says that’s a lie & they are required to scan so there is an “acceptance” scan without it no other scans in FW will work and it won’t update until the item is actually delivered!
Sounds to me like this PO is just lazy. Will no longer be coming here

Have lived many places in Texas. Some good towns, some bad. This is BY FAR the worst Post Office / Mail Delivery Service I have seen. I now pay extra to EVERYWHERE just to keep these people from delivering a package to my house. Its that Bad. Thanks for the dry junk mail, and soaking wet package of books.
Update: Another package. Left in parcel locker. No key. Ugh.

Poor passaport organization, communication and waste of my time! Went in to get a passport as a walk-in got in to a counter at 9:38 and said they could see me since there was only a person ahead of me. I waited there just as the person finished he said to come next week or make an appointment since his 10 appointment was there. I don't appreaciate having me wait there since the person ahead of me apperantly took the slot that I was in for. For once the person took 10 min just to get her payment she still had to make a phone call to get the funds deposit. Next time it be good to ask if she has all requirements instead of letting them go and take that time away for people who are also waiting. She did not have her pictures or the complete payment. There was also about a 10 minute where there was also two other people working there who where not doing nothing they could at least take a payment, Or have someone go out in the lobby and tell us that we are not going to be seen instead of just having us wait there.

Tax return was sent to my neighbors address. I've also had 2 diplomas that clearly state do not bend on the front completely bent and stuffed in my mailbox. I'm sorry the mail carrier in my area weighs 300 pounds and thinks walking to my doorstep is a workout. ?♂️

I’d never even heard of this place until looking up tracking for a package 6 days ago. It arrived at this location 6 days ago, (Friday 19th), it’s now Thursday (25th) it was supposed to be DELIVERED Monday, 3 days ago. Yet it’s STILL just sitting there! Hours away from its destination. The only consistency USPS seems to provide nowadays are laughable lies/automatic updates right at midnight, every night to tell me it’s “in transit to next facility.”
If that were true, even one of the six times I’ve gotten that message, then why haven’t I received my package yet?
Employees need to spend less time on Facebook, posting during work shifts and more time working. Then maybe people would actually get their packages.

Drove 20 miles today to mail important package and they are closed at 5:19. Supposed to be open until 5:30. No signs on doors for early closure or anythimg. Not cool!

Was told by an employee to come on Friday for walk in passport services. Came with all paperwork and picture, arrived 20 minutes after driving for over an hour, only to be told they would only take 2 people. Then they told us to go to the sub courthouse for walk ins. Not true. They didn't take walk-ins. By the way... He processed the 2 walk ins by 9:40. Still wouldn't help us with 20 minutes until their 10:00 cut off!

I want to thank the Burleson Post Office for having a heart ❤️ My little 5 yr old granddaughter wrote me a Valentine letter, and all by herself found an envelope, found my address in her mother's things, addressed the envelope the best way she knew, and stuck the letter in the mailbox WITHOUT A STAMP! I received it without delay, and I will forever cherish it and the staff at the post office

So I started the day off a bit upset with the postal system... a package that was supposedly set to arrive today suddenly ended up in Denton. But a fairly quick phone call to Burleson Post Office quickly cleared up what happened. I won't be getting the package for a few days, but I really appreciated the helpful assistance that the gentleman there offered. It made my day feel much better!

You guys need to hire a professional or train someone to take good picture for the passport and not stress customer out especially if its a minor! Worst picture taken for my little kid! Would never come back here!

I've never seen so many miserable,rude depressed , rough looking and slow to work staff members . Worse Saturday morning experience.
