I went in today looking for a drug store foundation for everyday wear. I normally use Estée Lauder Double Wear. Jose was so helpful! he helped me find a foundation, primer, and concealer! It was a tricky task because they had no testers, but when I got home, I tested the foundation out and it matched my skin perfectly you couldn't even tell. I have a lot of redness and a few acne scars. If I ever need anything, I'll definitely be back at this location just for him! The rest of the employees were really nice and greeted me when I walked in.

Honestly, I feel like y’all should just hire a whole new ball of employees. I feel the discrimination right as soon as I walk in, you shouldn’t stare for so long. Also learn how to greet costumers nicely. A store is somewhere where you should feel comfortable and well-greeted.
If you don’t like your job then don’t work there!

Did you know that you cannot return an item WITH your receipt unless you are 'member' and provide them with all your personal information? Lots of cool products, but I'm not shopping there again.

Customer service is Awful!
Lines are long, with only one employee checking out, while other employees stand around and talk, etc.
Shelves are not restocked.
Once I showed a manager that an item was open& partially used, I was told they would have to throw it away, only for it to be returned to the shelf the next day.

Did not find what I was looking for. I did purchase shampoo and conditioner. I wish I hadn't since the lady at the checkout was rude.

Usually have a great experience at this location from shopping to the salon, but today was the first time I’ve had an associate be rude. He was the gentleman standing at the door near close. Only reason I gave it a 4 were all of my other experiences.

Upon entering, I was overwhelmed by the smell of extremely strong perfume. Almost instantly I got a headache. The strong smell kept me from staying & shopping longer. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Kam or Cam I should have asked how you spell it but she is great! I felt like I could ask her something and she wasn’t judging me for my lack of knowledge! Imma have to come back to see her and get all the tips and tricks for my makeup!

I came here about a week or two ago coming in just for some serum I saw on TikTok and I walked to the skincare section and met Amber and a nice lady who’s name I can’t remember (sorry ) told me immediately no to not get that brand, instead Amber who was very helpful… guided me through all skincare and asked me the right questions!! It’s like she knew!!! The products she recommended for me did cost me some $ but it was super worth it cause it helped all the way! Like I said it’s been a week or two and my skin has really cleared and improved and I really wanna appreciate her for that !! If you want some skincare advice and don’t know where to start, talk to Amber! She’s the best!!!
