I wish I could leave a lower review. I am very disappointed in the management of the business specifically, I heard from an anonymous source that the manager Lupe does not want her employees to perform at their best. Ulta does not have the products necessary for braided hairstyles and Lupe will argue heavily that any products bought by employees to perform their duties need to be less than $5. Meaning that the product will more than likely be subpar and of bad quality. This is unacceptable and I will not tolerate it. This is abhorrent behavior due to the fact that it puts customers at a disadvantage over the choices made for their services. 0/10 do not recommend Lupe

I recently got a haircut from Lanette and I loved the result! I asked for a trim & layers and she cut it exactly like how I pictured. She was super friendly and I will definitely get my haircut by her again. :-)

I love my new haircut and color! Dayla spent 4 hours on my very long hair in serious need of a full color, highlights and cut! Thank you Dayla and I will definitely be back and have already told others! You are amazing!

My wife came to Ulta for tinted sunscreen and received excellent service from Victoria. She explained the various options and helped her find the right product and color for her skin tone. We were very happy with the service we received.

Came in 2 days ago and the workers there were not friendly. There was no welcoming environment when I entered and they kept on looking at me and they seemed to judge me. Compared to the other customers I felt discriminated based on how I was dressed. The vibe at this store isn’t great at all.

My recent experience at this location yesterday evening was quite disappointing. My husband arrived just before closing to make a return, but unfortunately, he was turned away by the staff. I understand that the moments leading up to closing time can be hectic, but it's vital for customer service to remain a priority until the official closing hour. Accurate operating hours are something we all rely on, and I believe it’s essential for employees to assist customers until the store is officially closed.
Additionally, I've noticed that the individual who I believe is usually the manager on duty often appears to have a negative attitude, which can create a less welcoming atmosphere. I sincerely hope management will take steps to address this, as it would greatly improve the experience for future customers.

I stopped by after work to buy my wife's gift for valentines. I work on construction and my clothes where dirty. It looked like the lady that helped me thought I didn't had the money to buy stuff. Her service was poor and I'm sure she was making fun of me with another employee. Only if she knew how much money you make on construction. Never going back.

If you don’t like all people then you shouldn’t work customer service, simple. There is no reason that I was crowded and followed by the employees at 10 in the morning. I will file a complaint with corporate because it is DISGUSTING to watch them leave other shoppers alone, but im being cornered LITERALLY. I had to buy a random item that they wouldn’t even let me hold. They even huddled around the person checking me out. It’s honestly disgusting.

Told my girl what problem was. She took me to answers applied it to make sure and treated me special. I did buy more than I went in for...because she answered questions showed me options and made me confidant and happy. I have not had this kind of help in years anywhere. Thank you

Worst experience ever. I am now sitting in my car crying.... my color is wrong, my cut is butchered and I have hair dye all over the sides of my face. Need a pick me up and a feel good about my self day and Savannah messed it all up as she was ushering me to the register so they could close!!!

I’ll be visiting other locations from now on due to the lack of friendliness and help from the employees and issues with my mailed coupon during my visits yesterday and today at this location. Yesterday, I was walking down an aisle with my friend when an employee cut her off without any acknowledgment of what occurred, but the customer they were leading down the isle apologized. I was originally just there for my friend and wasn’t going to purchase anything, but decided I would because I had a coupon from a mailed-in pamphlet. At checkout, I was told the item I wanted didn’t work for my coupon, but the employee said nothing more and I was left there trying to solve the problem myself but couldn’t. The line was long and I couldn’t find out why my item wasn’t working, so I ended up not getting it and just told myself I’d visit the next day if I figure out the problem and can use the coupon. I assumed it didn’t work because I needed to spend more or it wasn’t activating properly. When I got home, I looked into it and found out the item I wanted was excluded because it’s a prestige product, but I wasn’t aware of that because I had never bought the brand before. I went back today and picked out things I knew would work with the coupon. When I got to the register, they told me the coupon had already been used. I explained what happened the day before, assuming it’s saying it’s been used because the coupon got scanned but the transaction wasn’t fulfilled. The employee instantly explained that no overrides will occur and that I would have to pay full price. The way it was worded and no mention that it could be the system that accidentally marked it as used made it sound like I was trying to get away with using an already used coupon. The only reason I was getting items was because of the coupon, so I left without buying anything again. Between the rude employees and the coupon issues, it was such a disappointing experience and I will just go to other locations or stores to buy makeup from now on.
