Over 2 years ago, I rented a tow dolly from here for about$60. I had to transport my wife's vehicle out of town to Houston for repairs. I was initially set up to return the tow dolly back, but something came up, so while I was heading down, I called and had the trailer to be returned in Houston. It was unexpected, but these things happen. I called up U-haul and asked if it was possible to drop the trailer off in Houston. I was told that it was no problem and these things happen quite frequently. I finished my business, dropped off the tow dolly at a big U-haul in Houston, and all is well, or so I thought. This is where I have a problem. This owner charged me $400 for dropping it off in Houston, even though I called U-Haul and got an approval to do so. This company did not care what U-haul had to say even though they are a U-haul company? I didn't even know that I owed $400 until my family needed another U-haul. I'm in collections, and I am going to be forced to pay this. I was completely blind-sided by this underhanded matter. It is completely dishonest and not right. If this company here is willing to charge me a large sum of money behind my back and not tell me, and then send me to collections without a phone call! This company is corrupt, and if they have a problem with their main company that owns them, they should communicate this up front about rules and procedures. I had no idea this was a problem. U-haul has shown no signs of trying to help me on the matter, and it seems I will be forced to pay them the extra $400. I can't help but wonder how many people they have done this too. If you go here, you've been warned about their dishonesty. If they make it right, I will let you know, but by the looks of it, this is going no where. It seems the only way to make a company be honest is by exposing them of their dishonest behavior. I truly am shocked that this company would do such a thing.

Called repeatedly during the week to rent a trailer. No answer, no voice mail during business hours. They seem to have trailers, but you can't have one.

Horrible business, they try to run a daycare with 5 kids, a nasty dog inside that wouldn't leave me alone, storage and uhal. Rented a uhal was told $28 a day coming out to $59 for the 2 days Rented on a friday, they are closed sunday and was told to return by Monday evening. I also asked if i kept it 1 more day how much more would it be she said $28. I got billed $140 no reciept nothing. I called to question it and the girl was rude, couldnt find my paper for 10 mins, had a baby screaming in background, then wanted to tell me not her problem call customer service. When obviously she charged me way to much. Didnt want to offer any help or apologies for her mistakes. WOULD NOT RENT HERE!! would have given no stars if possible!

Rented a trailer, it broke down. Had to wait over 2 hours for a tow truck then had to wait for hours for the tow truck to show up at my house with the trailer. Showed up at 130 am. I got No refund or discount. It sucked.

Wow! Outstanding customer service. The manger was nice enough to show up a whole hour before they open to get rent me a truck! These guys know how to run a business!
