Worst hairstylist ever do NOT go here I showed her the pictures of what I wanted and the hair stylist Sheila did the complete opposite of what I wanted didn’t even ask me and just did It. Love this place, friendly and helpful! I go in with crazy ideas, cuts, and colors. They work together to make it happen. Even though they rent chairs they help each other. Being going for years and will keep going.

My niece went to get her hair done by a girl named Shelia being 15 she's scared to say any thing but calls me crying it was terrible nothing she asked for when called up there she said they don't do refunds for a good job and It wasn't at all what she wanted I asked to speak to owner she said I rent my chair she has no controll over it and hung up I have never heard of such horrible customer service of I could give 0 stars I would as a business owner you let that happenService: Hairstyling

I can’t recommend The Strand enough. My stylist, Sheli, immediately impressed me with her quiet confidence and experience. She was friendly and personable, of course, but also knowledgeable and supportive as I decided I really did want to let go of my pandemic hairstyle. Sheli took the time to listen, carefully studying and discussing the photos of the styles I was interested in. Careful throughout, she made sure at every step that I was okay with what she was doing. My new hairstyle is all I hoped for, easy to take care of and an attractive frame for my face. I feel so lucky to have found Sheli and The Strand.
