I make the drive to this place just because of how great it is. I highly recommend Emmy for a stylist. She amazes me on each visit and always goes far and beyond to make me happy. I couldn't ask for more. U can tell that she loves her career.

Well I WAS going to be a new customer. I'm new to the area and this salon was the top recommended salon in the area for balayage on yelp. I made my appt for1:45pm on a Saturday with Emmy. I called an hour prior to my appt to see if she was going to be ready earlier then my appt time bc I was out running errands. She said that she wouldn't be ready for me early..no big deal. get there at 1:35 and she was mixing the solution for the customer that was supposed to be processing when I was getting done. At 1:50 she comes up to me and tells me she's going to be another 20 mins. I wait…and at 2:15 she still was not done coloring the woman's hair before me. So after waiting 30 mins and she's still not even finished coloring the girls hair before me, decide it's better if I just leave because my time is precious just like hers. I tell her I'm leaving and then she proceeds to tell me how every customer that day had shown up late which set her back....I would have appreciated to have been told when I called prior to my appt that she was running extremely behind and offered to reschedule then rather then me waste my entire Saturday around a hair appt that never ended up happening.

I've lived all over the U.S. and when we were in TX for 5 years, I went to Lacii for cuts & color. She is one of the best stylists I've been to. She loves what she does and it shows. She's truly an artist and always educating herself on how she can improve her craft. I truly miss the loose waves she'd curl my hair into. They'd literally last a week!!

I called and asked how much does it cost to just cut my hair straight across the back, no wash, no style no drying and they said 40 or 50 dollars. That is way too much.

I requested quite a bit of blonde highlights. Barely got any. My hair mostly looks brown and my gray is coming back in after only 2 1/2 weeks So disappointed and have requested a refund for the $200+ I spent, but haven't heard back.

Hannah is amazing! She gave me the exact cut I envisioned. I had a wonderful first time experience here, and I will definitely be back! Being able to easily book online is a huge plus as well!
