Dude answered the phone and hung up called again and he did the same thing, I don't know who he is but he needs to be fired or something, like all I wanted to do is set a appointment for my cats and he does that.

TCAP has changed the way you have to wait in line for your vaccinations. And it is absolutely awful. You have no idea how long you're going to have to wait. So all you can do is sit there and hope for the best. I'm an hour and a half into waiting and no idea when it's going to be my turn. The staff has been very unhelpful with this

Did a virtual tour of this location to share with my pet parent followers on YouTube. They do microchipping at TCAP to help track your pet if it gets lost. One of the staff told me that they also have a virtual tour on the website.
If you have a smaller animal I highly suggest bringing it in a kennel or carrier so that it or they can be sheltered away from bigger dogs that might be reactive to them.
Friendly, helpful staff. Professional and efficient work to get the many animals in the community vaxxed, chipped, and tested.

Not sure why there are any good reviews. I left without letting them touch my dog. I didn't mind the wait I did mind them ignoring what was clearly abuse of 2 dogs. One was so emaciated you could count the ribs and looked like it was a bait dog for a dog fighting ring. They just ignored very troubling abuse signs and gave them their shots and let them leave. Several dogs yelped in pain from their shots because they don't have a private area for shots so you just sit on a bench and hope they don't lose their balance while they squat and stick a needle in your dog. I never saw anyone wash their hands between animals or wear gloves. They should be ashamed of themselves. My dog was shaking and upset which he has NEVER been before at a veterinarian office visit.

I have had several cats spayed ot neutered here and never had an issue until today. I scheduled an appointment and was told the 16th, as soon as I was told the date I wrote it on calender like I ALWAYS do. I show up today only to be told it was for the 18th. I would not have scheduled for the 18th because of early doctors appointment. Their solution was me to sit there for an hour to see if someone didn't show up which would have made my child late for school. On top of that, the website says cats must be in a hard sided carrier. We are told on the phone no soft carriers. The woman in front of me had 5 cats all in soft carriers. I was turned away for bringing my first cat there in a soft carrier. Why was this person allowed 5 cats in soft carriers?? Rules only get enforced depending on who you are? If they had turned that woman away like they did me when my cat was in soft carrier then they would have had room for my cat today. They type in wrong date and now I have to waste gas and time and move doctors appointment on Wednesday.
