Southern Gem helped my fiancé and I so much! I brought in a ring that was 5 sizes too big (I had accidentally purchased the completely wrong size for his engagement ring)At first they didn’t think they could help because it was such a big difference in sizing, but they worked with us and we both came up with plan A, B, and C. We just picked up the ring and they were able to get it small enough that it fits his ring finger! I’m so happy! Thank you so much Southern Gem!

I’m a fine jewelry collector who moved here from out of state, I’ve had a struggle finding a jeweler to repair my collection properly. I had several things repaired and I’m very pleased with the results, I find them professional and very skilled at their craft. I recommend them highly and will definitely return.

I was gifted a bracelet that was WAYY too big, and they were able to fix it and have it fit just right for SO cheep. Also their jewelry in store is super nice as well. Took a look around while I was getting an estimate and their prices are very reasonable for how nice the quality is. Also super sweet ladies working there. All around great shop, highly recommend!

My experience at Southern Gem was fantastic. Gayla took the time to listen to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to create exactly what I had envisioned. All the ladies are super sweet, the ambience is just phenomenal and you feel it as soon as you walk in the door. Would definitely recommend Southern Gem to anyone!

This jewelry store was pleasantly nice. It's quit small but the jewelery makes up for it. The employees were very knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely be back in the future.
