I wanted to help some people that ran out of gas on. Saw the road right here on I-35 and 1187 At the gas station, the shell. I had to buy a gas can and $6. But the guy told me I could return the gas can. Just had to come back the next day to ask the manager. He didn't know how to do returns. So a came back the next day With the receipt, and clean gas can yet the manager told me she won't refund my twenty five dollars cause I used it 1 time to help some people stranded on the highway, out of gas. ?
If I would have lied, said I didn't need it bet I would have been refunded. ?

Very poor customer service. I went and got gas this morning, and it was a prepaid on the pump, so i left the gas thing and put it back so the person can get their money back. so it canceled the transaction, and I was about to put my information on the pump and paid with my card in the middle of pimping my gas. The worker cut off the pump. I went inside ask can she turn the pump back on she claim I was using someone else money and I advised her it was cancel and I put my information in and showed her receipt that I use ny card on the pump. she started cursing me because she messed up, and the only thing she had to do was give the man his money back.. call back up to the store to speak with a manager, and the workers kept hanging up the phone

Tina and Vanessa the Manager need to be properly trained on how ID’Ing someone works or just fired horrible customer service and I also think she was being racist would not even let me get a word out! On top of that there are leaks in ceiling, toilet has cardboard on it which is very UNSANITARY! And the Gambling certificate on the wall is expired we are in 2023 and it says 2021 osha and BBB will have a field day with this one:)

Horrible management. My husband went in and tried to buy three energy drinks for $4 (sign on the door said 3 for $4) they rang it up at $6 so he asked and the girl manager came out and said she wouldn’t honor it and then went and ripped it off the door right in front of my husband and told him again she wouldn’t be honoring it. So he left, won’t be back.

Been a customer for years here since I live in the neighborhood!! Never had issues with any employees their before mike- Annie and others in this crew.. I undersStand the importance of id-ing individuals no problem!! But If your going to id…ID everyone and at all times!! Dnt try to make it seem like it’s required only to those u feel the need id from… I have ran into Tina multiple times I’ve been Id by her after she has helped customers of white descent and not ID them! Never done reviews but Tina and whatever manager is their today should go back to training or get a job where they know customer service!! And Tina next time u tell someone to smile make sure your smiling first or mind your business and do your job correctly!

I stopped here to add $15 of gas to a loaner truck I was driving while my car was in the shop. I tried to release the pump at $15 and it wouldn’t release. I had to run in the store to tell the cashier. She told the manager Moe and he stopped the pump from the inside and had to come outside to fix the pump because although he was able to override the pump, the handle was still stuck!By this time $50 of gas had been pumped into the truck. I asked to refund me the difference as this was a loaner truck that I would be turning in later that day. He arrogantly refused. I told him it wouldn’t have been a big deal if I was going to be able to use the gas but I won’t. He didn’t apologize for the malfunction or attempt to make right of this wrong. I understand things happen and I’m very understanding but he was so rude and didn’t care to fix the situation. He also refused to provide me with upper management or Shell’s contact information. He told me to google Shell’s phone number and tell them. Horrible customer service. Do NOT spend money here.
