Went in this morning to get my car battery replaced. Was there for about 30 minutes MAX. Quick in n out with great customer service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Jose was great with getting me the right battery for my car. Thank you!

They lost my hub cap to my rim and damaged the other three they didn't lose.
I called them and they said just buy a new one and we will pay you back. Well then I better hope they find it because I have not found it online or anywhere else.
Warning if you have to come here check your hub caps if they are there and if they have damaged them.

I have had ( over) a decade of 100% perfect, speedy service from the Burleson Sams Club tire service center. Untill today.What a smart azz I ran into today. It soured my entire visit. So, much so I scraped my Christmas shopping plans and left.Cameron was such a rude smart azz I wanted to rip his head off and poop in his lungs.. Sams Club, fix him.

I had a complicated issue with my membership and manager, Victoria, actually took the time to hear me out. She problem solved and fixed the issue. She could have given me a standard answer, but recognized real world versus textbook problems and took the time to help me. This kind of customer service is hard to find and is much appreciated! It will bring me back here, even though I have a Sam's closer to me.

Probably won't be buying, Sams Club Rotisserie Chicken again. I tried 3 times, the Chicken looked fabulous, Brown and Crispy on the top, the Bottom mushy and blah. I was hesitant at this point. I started cutting the chicken on portions to refer or freeze. The inside of the chicken was FATTY and almost uncooked, so I deboned and the only thing I will be able to use it for is STIR FRY or something like that. I have always liked Sams Chicken over other brands and never had a problem with them, until now in Burleson,Tx. Not a cook, but maybe they have to turn down the flame and cook longer Thanks for your time Dan M Winkler

This store is clean and the majority of the staff are amazing!! I'm trying to purchase a floor model cabinet that is damaged. I had to give up my first born to get them to offer 10% off. I said No!! I really want this piece but come on, it's broken.

I recommend sams but if there is a limit on items the employees need to be aware and enforce it! This lady bought more than the allowed number of formula and that left none for the other mine needing formula for their babies.

We've been going to this location for about 5 years and never had an issue. Now with the option to use app AND pay- makes everything 10X better. There is a location, heading West, that I absolutely refuse to go to because of the accessibility. It drives me bonkers. My family knows better than to go to any other location than one in Burleson.

Left my card at home and was told I couldn't get a temporary. My wife, a nurse temporarily, put her best friend, a nurse, on the account to take advantage of their front line personell covid discount. I was unaware of this. The clerk was of no help and when I explained that I've shopped here for the last 5yrs with no issue, she stated that I couldn't use the account without being named on it when in the past I've literally sent my son to pick up too many items to count with no issue. No wonder their reviews are so low.

Staff and Technicians were courteous in a difficult situation. To replace the battery on a 2012 Chrysler 200, they had to remove the left front tire and splash panels. A ridiculous design.

My husband & I went into Sam's around 11:30 AM this morning. We are senior citizens and missed the times for our shopping. Not thinking we were stopped at the door which was told to us we could not go in together as there is now the new rule "1 person per household". Since we came in the same car together & have the same address were told again only 1 person allowed. My husband went out to the car as I went inside to pick up my prescriptions. I looked around the store & did see more then 1 couple walking together. When I got back outside my husband said he watched 4 other couples go in together and were allowed to go into the store together. So why weren't they stopped? This was in my opinion completely wrong. Why were we targeted? We did not make a scene. What we should have done was ask for the store manager.
