This location has really gone down hill. Issues 3 days in a row with sense of apology or remorse from upper management. Day 1 waited over an hour at receiving for a pallet of water, day 2 the steak I bought was actually expired and out of date, day 3 waited 45 minutes at curbside pickup with no other cars present. I would highly recommend using a different club location.

I had a complicated issue with my membership and manager, Victoria, actually took the time to hear me out. She problem solved and fixed the issue. She could have given me a standard answer, but recognized real world versus textbook problems and took the time to help me. This kind of customer service is hard to find and is much appreciated! It will bring me back here, even though I have a Sam's closer to me.

Probably won't be buying, Sams Club Rotisserie Chicken again. I tried 3 times, the Chicken looked fabulous, Brown and Crispy on the top, the Bottom mushy and blah. I was hesitant at this point. I started cutting the chicken on portions to refer or freeze. The inside of the chicken was FATTY and almost uncooked, so I deboned and the only thing I will be able to use it for is STIR FRY or something like that. I have always liked Sams Chicken over other brands and never had a problem with them, until now in Burleson,Tx. Not a cook, but maybe they have to turn down the flame and cook longer Thanks for your time Dan M Winkler

This store is clean and the majority of the staff are amazing!! I'm trying to purchase a floor model cabinet that is damaged. I had to give up my first born to get them to offer 10% off. I said No!! I really want this piece but come on, it's broken.

I recommend sams but if there is a limit on items the employees need to be aware and enforce it! This lady bought more than the allowed number of formula and that left none for the other mine needing formula for their babies.

We've been going to this location for about 5 years and never had an issue. Now with the option to use app AND pay- makes everything 10X better. There is a location, heading West, that I absolutely refuse to go to because of the accessibility. It drives me bonkers. My family knows better than to go to any other location than one in Burleson.

Left my card at home and was told I couldn't get a temporary. My wife, a nurse temporarily, put her best friend, a nurse, on the account to take advantage of their front line personell covid discount. I was unaware of this. The clerk was of no help and when I explained that I've shopped here for the last 5yrs with no issue, she stated that I couldn't use the account without being named on it when in the past I've literally sent my son to pick up too many items to count with no issue. No wonder their reviews are so low.

My husband & I went into Sam's around 11:30 AM this morning. We are senior citizens and missed the times for our shopping. Not thinking we were stopped at the door which was told to us we could not go in together as there is now the new rule "1 person per household". Since we came in the same car together & have the same address were told again only 1 person allowed. My husband went out to the car as I went inside to pick up my prescriptions. I looked around the store & did see more then 1 couple walking together. When I got back outside my husband said he watched 4 other couples go in together and were allowed to go into the store together. So why weren't they stopped? This was in my opinion completely wrong. Why were we targeted? We did not make a scene. What we should have done was ask for the store manager.

Oooh what an experience at Sam's... On yesterday 4/4 my husband and I attempted to go to Sam's to pick up a few things... i.e sea salt, onion powder, potatoes and some other non-essential products. The problem is, I made sure to check for any COVID-19 update on Friday just to be sure I was in compliance. Based on the app site and other site I read, they were allowing 2 customers per one membership card. So my husband and I went in as planned and then we're greeted in such a way that I'd never experienced at Sam's before... "STOP, only one customer is allowed per card!" an associate yells. Well I'm caught completely off guard b/c the app did not say that so I simply state, "well your app stated that 2 customers are allowed per one membership card". Whhhhhy did I say that... she goes on and states, "yeah I know but I'm telling you that it has changed" and proceeded to look at me as if I'm wrong. Now, I completely understand if things changes overnight but there were no updates on the app site or on the windows as you entered (just a bunch of associates yelling "wait, wait, wait, oh no stop, no sir, no ma'am comeback". This is a very challenging time and we must all try to protect one another but I do believe it could have been better handled. Note: Sam's if you must change your procedures spur of the moment, please have more associates equipped with better customer service. Because even after I went in (and let me add it was cold and raining) I left b/c I felt at that moment it wasn't about customer care it was more about the staff. Trust me, I want the staff to be protected as well, but if that is the case then you should think about closing until this is over. Simply put your staff is starting to become rude and probably unappreciated which is spewing into horrible customer. FYI:The app still states that you are allowing 2 persons per membership card as of today 4/5.

Not helpful, never know anything and just rude. Customer service lady looked at me and said, "this is not to checkout!" Umm, I wasn't looking to checkout! It's customer service so obviously it's something else.
