Still the worst Sam's club cafe i've ever been to. I don't understand how you get an express-type lane (scan & go) and then not have dedicated employees to tend to it.
The normal line goes no where when any order comes through it.
And let's hope you didn't scan and go through the app. It doesn't allow you place a second one for anything here.
The whole process is some half-baked idiot's idea of efficiency.

I had a complicated issue with my membership and manager, Victoria, actually took the time to hear me out. She problem solved and fixed the issue. She could have given me a standard answer, but recognized real world versus textbook problems and took the time to help me. This kind of customer service is hard to find and is much appreciated! It will bring me back here, even though I have a Sam's closer to me.

I am not renewing my membership to Sam's club. The LGBTQ agenda and child grooming they are doing in their stores is embarrassing. They should be ashamed. Today I took my family into Sam's to get dinner stuff and right in the main isle there was an idiot guy wearing a dress and makeup selling some kind of rainbow health juice. I'm done

Probably won't be buying, Sams Club Rotisserie Chicken again. I tried 3 times, the Chicken looked fabulous, Brown and Crispy on the top, the Bottom mushy and blah. I was hesitant at this point. I started cutting the chicken on portions to refer or freeze. The inside of the chicken was FATTY and almost uncooked, so I deboned and the only thing I will be able to use it for is STIR FRY or something like that. I have always liked Sams Chicken over other brands and never had a problem with them, until now in Burleson,Tx. Not a cook, but maybe they have to turn down the flame and cook longer Thanks for your time Dan M Winkler

Will NEVER shop Sams club again!! Just shopped, stood in line and apparently my membership card (which is on my senior inlaws account), is 2 days expired and they WILL NOT let the transaction proceed without renewing- DoNE! YALL just lost a 10+ year customer!!

This store is clean and the majority of the staff are amazing!! I'm trying to purchase a floor model cabinet that is damaged. I had to give up my first born to get them to offer 10% off. I said No!! I really want this piece but come on, it's broken.

I recommend sams but if there is a limit on items the employees need to be aware and enforce it! This lady bought more than the allowed number of formula and that left none for the other mine needing formula for their babies.

We've been going to this location for about 5 years and never had an issue. Now with the option to use app AND pay- makes everything 10X better. There is a location, heading West, that I absolutely refuse to go to because of the accessibility. It drives me bonkers. My family knows better than to go to any other location than one in Burleson.

Left my card at home and was told I couldn't get a temporary. My wife, a nurse temporarily, put her best friend, a nurse, on the account to take advantage of their front line personell covid discount. I was unaware of this. The clerk was of no help and when I explained that I've shopped here for the last 5yrs with no issue, she stated that I couldn't use the account without being named on it when in the past I've literally sent my son to pick up too many items to count with no issue. No wonder their reviews are so low.

This is an every day occurrence. They never have the basic items you need. I talk to Ruben Rojas the store manager and he said that they would do better. Six weeks later still a complete waste of time and a trip to get basic items for a restaurant that opens at 11 AM.
Why am I paying for this early entry card when nothings ever done. Several of the store Employees told me that it was because I came so early. How was that an excuse? I talked to David the general manager this morning and all he could do was apologize and blame the coronavirus. Well, I use Ben E. Keith and Sysco and have no issues whatsoever getting the products I need.
They need to own up to their poor ordering and poor stocking and stop blaming everything but themselves.
And let’s not mention HAL self check out went down and they had over 200 guests trying to check out every weekend. They are understaffed and pretty chaotic. I don’t know why no one has done anything about this and I have been watching this go down for four months now.
