HORRIBLE!! customer service. I called to ask for CUSTOM upholstered window inserts for an RV (which their website states they do custom RV work). I was told "We do custom upholstery we are not an RV dealer you need to go to an RV dealer"

I needed an old family chair reupholstered and Ron did the most amazing job restoring it to its former splendor. He has a ton of fabric in store to choose from, but I decided on some from spoonflower instead for a particular theme. Ron was able to tell me exactly how many yards of fabric to purchase just by a quick glance and was masterful in his work. I am so glad I entrusted him and his shop to take care of my chair. I would use his services again in the future for sure.

Ron did a great job recovering our chairs with cowhide. Kept the leather on the back and hide on cushions. He recovered my sister’s lazy boy recliner, and it was like brand new.Highly Recommend.

Took 2 old rockers in to be reupholstered to rock our newborn grandson. Ron Choate took our information about what we wanted and did masterful work. One chair was bought buy my mother- in -law in mid 1950s when her daughter, my wife, was born. Came out very nice. Now our daughter will rock her son, our first grandchild, in it. Well done, Ron and company.

To be very fair. My rating has nothing to do with the quality of work, as I never received my order. That's what my review is about. When I met with Ron and detailed what I needed, he quoted me a price, which I believed to be fair. He then gave me a day/date which he said the order would be ready to pick up. It was a month from my order date. It's important to note... he set the date. A month later, on the date he set, I emailed to inquire into the status. I was emailed back a day or so later by Ron's wife who said Ron didn't do email, but they would call me when my order was ready. I emailed back and mentioned Ron had given me the date I emailed them on. I got no reply. I waited 5 more weeks, heard nothing, and decided to cancel my order by emailing them. I understand delays. I know things happen. I expect however to be appraised of significant delays and not completely ignored.

I am extremely pleased with this business. Mr. Choate was pleasant and professional. My cushions and ottoman were finished sooner than expected. This upholstery business placed zippers on the cushions. Price depends on the type of fabric you select.

My husband, Butch and I went to Ron Choate's Custom Upholstery to get our motorhome's driver and passenger seats reupholstered. OMG! What a great job they did! Ron was very professional and helpful in picking out a fabric and color to match the rest of the decor in our rig. We were SO pleased with the beautiful results and the very reasonable cost. We cannot recommend Ron Choate's Custom Upholstery enough...we will take all our recovering needs to them in the future! Thanks Ron and Team! We love 'em!D.J.

Might be the rudest owners I have ever spoke with on the phone about bringing business TO THEM. Sorry asking for pricing was such an inconvenience. Go elsewhere where they actually know what a Malibu wake setter boat is.... owner said “is that a boat†extremely rude the entire conversation. Owner said I needed to get in line to get it done okay that's fine, how far out are you 30 days from when you drop it off, okay but you said there's a line so??? Apparently these people do next to none a year in boats and I see why.
