The owners have horrible attitudes.
They charge $10 just to cut your cuticles which is a rip off. Nails looked decent. I won’t be going back. I’d rather give my money to other places that have better customer service.

Got a full set of Ombre nails yesterday, they turned out better than the picture I used for reference. TWEE is the best! Absolutely 100% highly recommend scheduling with her.

Terrible experience. Danny did my nails. He was extremely rough. I didn’t even bother saying anything. This was my first time here and I’m shocked. My nails all hurt to sad! The store was not busy at the time. He was very rushed. There’s still podwer even after washing my hands. No customer service skills other than one gentleman I heard behind me doing a pedi. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I do know better!

My nails look really nice. It was very loud there, so I guess that is why I found it difficult to hear the technician who was doing my nails.

Do not go here my daughter and step daughter went to get manicures and one of them got pedicure and they kept pushing higher priced items on them. Of course they refused but them the lady went to the nail tech and tried to get him fmto do it anyways. Good thing my daughter caught this and had to tell him numerous times, no I want acrylic. They still upcharged them anyways. In the end. What they were getting should have already been well over 100 dollars of work why do they feel the need to push pricier items? They totally took advantage of them in the end anyways. Totally disgusting. You should have to tell someone dozens of times what you want and them try to push something else on you anyways.

I have been going to this nail salon for a few years now and prefer it above all other salons. Yesterday, I had my nails done by Julie, a new employee. I was very satisfied with her work. She was very gentle and created a perfect nail each time. Our conversation was very pleasant because she spoke and understood English so well, which is not always the case. I would encourage anyone to go to this salon since they are so courteous and eager to please. And I would especially suggest Julie for a pleasant experience. She's very good at what she does!

Service is only good if you have a good tech.. one if the best techs left and went to LUXX nails in Burleson by Kroger.. ask for Kevin!

Long ago I loved this place. But today what a disappointment. 1st the gentleman doing my nails seemed to be in a rush. Then the way he did acriliyc was horrible. It spread under my finger nail. Made my nail bed look huge. The top clear gel bubbled and he had to buff and put another different coat. I had to come home and reshape. Asked for coffin tip looked like square. Very unhappy.

Took my dog to the groomer next door and decided to get my nails done during the wait. Big mistake! Wanted simple short blue French tips and even gave a reference picture. They came out thick and wide. The French tip cover half the nail. They are not filed evenly and has visible bubbles on each nail. Customer service was okay but definitely disappointed in how my nails turned out.
