Review for Misty & Mike at Red Wing in Burleson, TX
Two years ago, I purchased boots and inserts here before deploying to Iraq. They performed flawlessly in one of the toughest environments imaginable, giving me the support I needed every single day.
I returned recently, I came back and brought Misty and Mike a new customer to get their feet checked and also to share how well their products held up. During our conversation, Mike bet that my feet had changed over the past two years. Sure enough, when we measured with their machine again, he was 100% correct — both of my arches had improved. That’s proof not only of the quality of Red Wing’s products, but also of the knowledge and dedication these two bring to their work.
Mike and Misty don’t just sell boots — they invest in their customers’ success. Their determination, expertise, and genuine care for people make all the difference. It’s a great feeling to walk back in and show them that their advice and products truly work, backed up by measurable results.

If I could rate 10 stars I would. Misty and her partner are phenomenal! I came in for a boot warranty, and she helped me with it. She was also very detailed on how to take care of my boots, and explained to me step by steps. Which is something that wasn't explained at a previous store. I will definitely be back to this location, the customer service was great! 👍🏻

Misty and Mike are the best. I've been buying my work boots from them for years now and will continue to do so as long as I physically can.

Had to drive from Waco to Burleson , because I spent 2 days trying in Waco and they couldn’t help me. Shawn & Misty at the Burleson store, were very polite and helpful. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes !! Thank you so much for all your help !! This will be my store from now on !!

I've been through a lot of boots in my life, and it's always taken me several tries to find the right new ones. Then, I stepped into Red Wing Shoes in Burleson. Mike guided me to one particular set of boots, based on his questions and my answers. Decided to give them a fitting try and, for the first time in my 5+ decades of life, the very first (and only) boots that Mike brought out to me surprised me. It felt like a perfect fit! Mike double checked my unexpected reaction with a high tech foot sizing check and, sure enough, the correct boot for me. I walked out of the store with these boots on. It's been seven hours and these boots feel "broken in" already, even though I know that this can't actually be the case yet. When I am not moving, I keep forgetting that these new boots are even on my feet. Wow, Red Wing, wow! Thanks, Mike Rodgers!

Came to get some work boots and Mike was extremely helpful! He helped me get the most bang for my buck and took the time to make sure I had the proper size and was comfortable in my shoes. Highly recommend this place.

By far the best store in town to get set up on work boots! Mike went above and beyond to scan my feet in to their machine to get me sized, Great experience and some great boots. Will be visiting again soon!

Misty Smitherman very nice salesman that made sure that she found me a boot .after driving to 2 Red Wings store that don't want to help me they all said the something look on line .. order off which is a joke the store in Arlington do it twice never get the boots. So I'm saying go see Misty. Very nice person. And she take good care of your boots need
