Pinnacle Bank as a whole is about the most frustrating bank that I've ever dealt with. No matter the branch or online. Nothing but years of frustration and zero improvement.

I was given overdraft privileges. One day I went into the bank to get that money to pay my ATT bill. I was told that they didn't feel right giving me the money. They made me feel like a criminal . Then I was told to go to another branch and they would see if I could get a loan. I just wanted to use my overdraft. So I thought forget it. I went to ATT to pay what I had in my bank but I was declined. I called the bank and told them I understand if you don't want to give me my overdraft privileges but now you are holding my money in my account? She told me to hold, then she came on and told me I could use MY MONEY. Needless to say I closed my account.

Any time I have an issue, there's always a thousand things that must be done to complete my request. Horrible hours, and the customer support and human relations are awful

Great bank. Switched to this bank after I had enough of Simmons bank. Only reason for 4 stars is only 1 bad experience. During Covid pandemic all transactions were done thru drive thru. There was no notification that lobby opened at one point ( I knew they were doing appointments only). I always got my money orders thru drive thru during pandemic quarantine. Well, I guess lobby opened because one day I was told to come inside for money orders. No big deal I guess but a note saying lobby was open for these transactions would have been nice. Otherwise very happy with this bank.

I have had nothing but issues since I've opened this account. I was first told I had to show proof of my marriage before they would take my madien name off of the account and use my married name. When I went into open this account I gave them my license and social that both have my married name on them. Since I had been married for more than 5 years at the time that I opened the account I thought that was very strange. Hello go off of what my DL and Social say. ?♀️
Anyways I looked past all of that. Since I've opened this account my card and my husband's card have been compromised at least once every 3 months. For the last 2 years.
They used to allow me to show my ID at the drive through and get a new bank card. No big deal especially since I have 3 small toddlers. It was great. As of today apparently I can no longer do that. ?♀️
I'm so beyond irritated and just over trying to use this bank.
Words of advice.??? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO EVEN AN ASTRANGED FAMILY MEMBER ?♀️???

Spoke to someone Kevin in Commercial department. So rude, extremely unprofessional, and unethical. Trying to find out about bank and services, he hung up when asking product details. Called again, Got voice mail.

This bank does not respect veterans. If you are in the military or a veteran as I am, or even just know a veteran. I would suggest banking elsewhere.
