I went to return and replace a broken enclosure I got from the midlothian store. Omg! They made it completely painless! They allowed us to actually hold some of the animals! Midlothian refuses saying it's not allowed. So we ended up getting a false chameleon. And another enclosure! Let's mention as well, that all the reptiles have to proper substrate they need. I'm really impressed with this location and staff! I'm always disappointed in the midlothian store. So we will definently return here for our needs. You guys were really awesome!

I went in the other day I purchased a fish and was charged for a different breed so I got my money back i unfortunately didn’t get everything back so I called and a manger named Connor was able to help me he was very kind and had amazing customer service if you ever need to speak to a manger I would definitely ask for connor

I love Petco. They manage to hire much more dedicated and caring employees than their competitors. They have the unusual items my cats need that I can't find elsewhere. So far, from SC to FL to TX, I haven't been disappointed.

Wow, talk about a major difference from other pet retail stores not to mention the other pet store I won't say their name. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I was assisted in the tropical fish area and was able to leave with all the things I needed to set up my 40 gallon breeding tank. The people there are cross-trained in other departments of the store and that makes a difference. I haven't had a good experience like this and quite a long time. The gentleman Connor was extremely helpful very friendly and was able to help me put together quite the beautiful aquarium. Erica was also helpful as she took the time to assist me with our Italian Greyhound and did a fantastic job on her nails. I have so much to say that's good about this store and I have already been back several times.

I came to Petco in burleson to purchase A BLACK MOOR GOLDFISH…I approached two associates who were talking among themselves and asked if i could get assistance in getting a goldfish, the two associates looked at eachother and said “Do you want to do it”? and they asked me what size tank i have and i informed them i had a 20 Gallon and they immediately said I can not show you those fish they need a 75 Gallon tank because they get big after a couple of years and they need space ect. Now of course their are people who go and purchase fish without knowing the rules but i came fully prepared On the PETCO WEBSITE UNDER GOLDFISH CARE SHEET It says “Minimum Habitat Size 20+ gallons for juveniles” Which these were juveniles and I was going to put them in a bigger tank once they got older…very upset about not getting my goldfish I had my tank set up and had it filtering for a week now just so PETCOS Associates would even know their own rules and regulations…Petco please train these works you guys are an amazing company but these workers need to be informed better …

I have been a customer since they opened this location and have always received the best service. The last two times , I have been approached by a man I am presuming to be a manager. He stopped to see what was in my cart and preceded to grab things close by telling me I needed this as well as he was putting them in my cart. Last week he tried talking me into a program the company sales and I politely told him no thank you. He responded with well, if you don't want to save money that's fine and walked away. I don't know if I will go back and I hate this because everyone has always been so friendly and helpful while showing love to my dog.
