Absolutely terrible people. Got preapproved online then got transferred to this company so I can purchase a vehicle. They then tell you that they will need you to send documents over. Once you send it all in they set up an underwriting meeting days later. Come underwriting meeting they called 3 mins prior saying they need more documents. When you provide those documents they tell you that's wrong as well. When you're explaining to them your frustration with them they speak over you and don't listen. Never had such a terrible experience before.

Mr. B. Ryan was our loan professional the day we contacted One Main. From the moment we walked in the door at One Main Financial, B. Ryan greeted us warmly, made us feel at ease and at home. The other CS reps all looked up from their work to say hello and that added to the wonderful atmosphere my husband and I felt from the very beginning. B Ryan walked us through the loan process taking our questions and could answer each one completely and thoroughly. What can I say about Janice, she is great. I had issues getting a place I sold my pickup at to send the payoff for a loan I had at One Main. I needed this done so I could get another loan with One Main. Janice was tireless in working on this and finally they did get the payoff. She expedited the new loan because she knew I needed it. our loan officer was Janice in the Burleson office and she was the best!!! She made everything so easy and so smooth and we were in and out of there in no time and I highly recommend One Main Financial and I highly recommend going to see Janice.
