The worst. I paid off my balance in full on the 2nd. It posted on the 4th. On the 6th, I was charged a .27 cents interest fee on a cash advance in September. I’m literally going to go into the branch to give them.27 cents to keep from having a fee on a .27 cents fee that’s due next month. Ridiculous!

Have any of you employees been through the drive through atm? It is so far sunken in you have to stick your whole body out of the car. Make an actual drive through atm. This one is god awful.

Called ahead of time to get business document sign through a notary, they gave me a time and date. I get there with my business partner and the front desk tells me no notary. Sorry but this was very unprofessional and very inconvenient.

The more I deal with this credit union the worse I feel it gets. To start, not only do they REQUIRE a person to join before they can even determine if they can help with loans and services, but it appears more and more that this is becoming an elitist banking institution. A credit union that is supposed to be there for Veterans and military tells me NO with each request for any form of financing, tho I can go to one of my other non credit union banks and get approved! To open the account it's a minimum of $5, which is ok, but that $5 isn't even available in the account that's created. I have yet to transfer any funds to this establishment for the very fact that they refuse to help us with the financing that they claim to help veterans with. This account will be closed soon and they won't get my business again, and every Marine I served with, and every Veteran I interact with will not get my recommendation.

Service is a little slow. I prefer to not have to stand on a line to pay off a car loan. And would prefer to walk away with my title rather than wait for it 2 2 weeks. Seeing as you have been paid off, I should be able to get my title backright then.
