“I would have given 5 stars, but when I was sent over from Verizon in Burleson with a work order for repair at this specific facility in Burleson my charge was 21 dollars and some change but I was charged 27 dollars and some change both charge totals was after tax. A little confusing to me..”

But they helped me get my own account and sign into max and everything. They were wonderful! If I knew their name I’d put it in this. “This AT&T location is my go to. They have an amazing team. Every time I have been there they are always able to assist with all of my needs even over the phone. Rep Alex and Manager Jessica are very helpful in getting things accomplished. Even the most difficult of tasks including splitting an old 11 line account into 3. Everything was explained in detail and even when I had issues after leaving the store they were able to help me fix the problem over the phone. I highly recommend they were both very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.”
