Tony helped me decide which upgraded phone was best for my needs and my budget. The price was great as Tony included my bill that was due that same day and he threw in a case and a screen protector for my new phone and I am more than pleased and I feel like I got a great deal. Tony was so helpful and we had great conversation. I will refer everyone I come across in the market for a new phone or if they are looking for great customer service to go see Tony on Wilshire Blvd in Burleson TX. And you can even say I sent you because I feel like I also gained a friend! Thanks Tony!

On December 9th I went there to add a new line the person working there LIED about several things including a tablet with free internet connection (no calls) for as long as I have my plan and that my next bill was included and the next bill would be $96 on February 9th and on the 9th every month after both lies it is $130 and due December 26th! He also added my line as a stand alone phone number for $70 a month (customer service fixed that in 5 seconds I guess he makes more commission on that plan?) Anyway customers beware at the alsburry metro pcs they will lie through there teeth and say stuff is free to get money. Dude seriously reminds me of a Ferengi from Star Trek.
