I have been wearing Merle Norman since I was 18. I AM 77 and the person who tried to help me was clueless and I felt sorry for the owner. I did not get my foundation questions answered and now looking for another studio. TERRIBLE make up person.

I showed up within 15 minutes of closing needing a new foundation for aging skin in the summer. I had no clue what type or shade. The lady there (so sorry I'm horrible with names) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you! I love the foundation. :)

Merle Normans was sold recently to two amazing women.They are now a boutique and cosmetic store!!! They have some of the cutest clothes,jewelry and accessories that I've seen in a while.Very kind ,courteous sweet ladies.Gotta go check it out!!!!??

I visited the shop near closing time and Jean was extremely assertive, friendly and patient to my questions and concerns. I visited with something completed different than what I had purchased. Jean answered all my questions and gave me helpful tips regarding my concerns. I will definitely visit this store again based on her knowledge and willingness in taking additional time, even though, it was near to closing time. Thank you for your friendliness, as well.
