DO NOT BUY FROM MCMC AUTO AT ANY LOCATION!!! They lie and tell you the cars are in good condition/have been repaired then 3 days later the check engine light comes on. They had to replace my catalytic converter THREE DAYS after I got the car. Over the past year I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars repairing the car. As soon as I fix something, something else breaks. Not to mention they harass you starting from 6am the moment a payment doesn’t process. AND I’m not sure which rep, but one of the customer service ladies is so rude and unwelcoming when you call in. I also have a car through Toyota/Toyota Financial and the difference in customer service is insane. DO NOT BUY FROM MCMC AUTO!!!!

I have purchased several cars from this company and recently recommended it to a family member. We are having some trouble with the repairs of the vehicle. I tried calling to speak to someone about the vehicle and the customer service people are very rude and I tried to speak to a sales person and left a message with the service department. I will never recommended this company again. Vehicle has been in the shop 2 months and counting.

They're patient, and will give you time if you reasonably can't pay. Customer service was mostly good.
My main and only complaint is that I had full coverage insurance, and was in a small accident so the insurance company wrote a $1500 check to the leinholder (MCMC). I needed to go get the car fixed and then come and get it approved by MCMC, I didn't do this due to various reasons and figured I'd just do it at the end. Well when I went to payoff the car, they allegedly had no notation of this insurance payout for the car crash (I do). I wanted to get the damage to the car fixed right before I paid it off, now I'm not counting on that $1500 for the damage because they kept it, and allegedly didn't notate it, so no clue what $1500 is worth to a big company, I assume that's chump change to them. Very fishy and not something I expected, but they did it. So a warning to all - get the damage to your car worked on immediately or you run the risk of them leaving you with the damaged car.

Terrible customer service. Crap cars. Overpriced and unreliable. Sales team is ok, but the in house customer service reps are absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with

This review for the account agents that you have to be speak with after you finance your vehicle. Those ppl are so rude, unprofessional. I asked the lady Erica to go over my ledger while I’m on the phone she then became unprofessional with her tone because she didn’t want to do so then proceeded to asked “just when are you making a payment” without assisting me with my question. I then asked to speak with a manager so told me “no I have assisted you already” I asked again she disconnected the call. Which lead me to call back, finally I got a manager who doesn’t want to take call either. Manuel the supervisor helped with the account but his tone started off unprofessional too. I had to asked am I speaking with a manager?

Go anywhere else. They are friendly at the door and during sales but once you sign papers they give 0 cares in the world. While communicating with their pay portal I’ve been harassed by their GM and have had scare tactics used against me for payment being one day late. While having issues with my vehicle they had NO tow service, sent me in circles for hours, and not a single person was able to direct me to actual help. I paid out of pocket with no reimbursement…very sad and poor management.

We have bad experiences. Whoever, putting positivity review just brought a car because they easy and quick get you a car but with our experience they are theft. That company need to shut down.
