“Conner & Shanaze provided me with exceptional assistance. I was trying to make a return from Amazon of a bed more that 200 lbs and in 2 boxes. Amazon did not understand that I needed 2 labels that they had to initiate. At any rate, they helped to unload it. As we waited for Amazon to authorize another label. When Amazon did not provide another label, they helped to load it back into the vehicle. Shanaze & Conner, provided kind, friendly service throughout. Cheers to them!”

“I went to this location to drop off a package on Sunday 3/17 2014 there was a very rude middle Eastern gentleman that was very rude not helpful I mean sir if you dont want to be there or if you dont like the job just quit because your working with customers and you have to deal with people just be nice but I went in this morning and there was a very polite gentleman named Jake that was so nice and helpful made my day thank you so much Jake ups needs more workers like you definitely would make taking customers service to another level”

I needed to ship it back to Amazon but UPS has size restrictions. Thought I was totally screwed but Justin worked with me and helped me get the mattress below size restrictions for a very reasonable amount of money. He would have been totally justified to tell me to bug off and figure it out on my own, but he totally didn't.Anyone else reading this: DON'T TAKE A WHOLE MATTRESS TO UPS LIKE ME.
