Great job! We just asked if they would hang a large mirror over our fireplace since they hang TV's. They were on time and helped us out. Great family business!

They came out and hung 2 tv's for me. Cody was awesome. Great with my pets and I have a big puppy Rottie.... I couldnt figure something out they came back out and took care of it. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

This review is in regards to the company’s communication. I’d give it one star on communication but don’t want to hurt their service reviews. We didn’t actually end using their services, so I can’t speak on that. Their pictures look great, but based on what just happened to us I’m not sure I’d rely on their reviews being completely accurate.Earlier this week we booked Mac’s for a basic TV install. They tried to change the time on us multiple day and time despite having a set appointment time. I understand they had cancellations, but that wasn’t explicitly stated. It was just “your appointment is 1-3 so can we come at 9:30?” versus an explanation of “we had a cancellation and would like to come sooner if possible.” Poor communication before the appointment day had me flustered, but I shrugged it off because of their great reviews.Then today, my appointment was set for 9:30. At 9:29 I received a text from my technician saying he was running late and would give me an ETA later. I asked for an immediate ETA because I have a busy schedule that I already altered, because I accommodated them by moving up my appointment time 4.5 hours. I’m sure the technician knew more than one minute before the appointment he would be late. He refused my phone call then texted me while the phone rang “probably be 30 to 45min.” We called the main line and the lady said the technician was delayed from the rain because he got “stuck in a puddle.” Really? I get the rain slows traffic, but plan ahead and communicate more than one minute before the appointment.Icing on the cake... my fiancé was messaging the owner on Facebook about this while it happened... and he was blocked. That was immature and what led me to review.By all means, they’re pictures look great of their installs, some very cool stuff! But the lack of communication and blocking someone before they can possibly leave bad review? Unprofessional.

During the original install of our 65inch tv they used the wrong bracket which caused our tv to lean due to the bracket bending. When they came out to replace the bracket they drilled more holes in the wall, left drywall dust on the furniture, and our surround sound now isn't working. Not to mention the tv is now mounted higher than the original. I'm sure they do great service however we did not get that
