These is twice I've been here, and they didn't have the colors I wanted, really basic colors, I've been going to Asia for some time now, and she's really awesome and very nice when I pay for my services I expect to get at least 90% of satisfaction and also I got 3 different colors on my nails and wasn't charged extra, but today I was charged 5.00 extra for the same service I received last visit and I certainly don't mind paying extra for what I want......taking my money and my referrals elsewhere from now.

If you’re looking to get a pedi, this is the place to go and ask for Lan! She is awesome! I have no idea what it is that she does to my feet, but I have noodle legs when I leave. And my toes look great! Also, Tracy is my go to girl for nails!

I have been going to this salon for a while. The last three times I have gone my gel nails have broke within 10 days. Two times one nail broke but this time I have had 3 nails break on me. That’s ridiculous these nails aren’t cheap and they should last longer. My pedicures have been ok though. I think it’s time to find a new salon and I hate having to do that. Edit: Next day nail #4 broke. Very disappointing.

Nice people but a little pricey. I’ve been happy with their services though. I never have to wait long even if I just drop in. They seem to have plenty of nail tech’s available.

I went Friday morning. I got the acrylic full set gel which was $55 and the signature pedicure which was $45. My total should’ve been $100 which I was fine with. My nails ended up being $70 and my feet ended up being $60. My total ended up being $135. They charge for the polish you pick out. They charge for tips that go on your nails. They charge for the shape of the nails. They charge for every little thing. It’s not one set price. I got recommended to go here by my coworker. I will never be back. My feet look really good. My fingers they didn’t do the underside or the sides which is no big deal. The shape I got was almond. I hardly do almond because I just don’t like the look. The guy rushed me to pick out a shape. He rushed my nails. They look good but they could look better. I will never be returning. I’ll go back to my regular salons which is pearl nails by Walmart or solar nails by target.

I have come here time after time for about 7 months. I’m always having to come back for them to fix my nails/toes. After spending $280 on Sunday and my nails look like this on Monday is crazy. I work long hours so to even find the time during the week to get this fixed is not easy.After coming back in hopes it will get better and they couldn’t even care to do much this time. I will not be back here.They are way overpriced and their work is cheaply done.Picture is of my hands. Almost all my nails looked like that. Along with my toes within a 48 hr period.

I go to Luxx if my normal salon is closed. The salon is beautiful, clean and they always gets me in and out fairly quickly. They have changed owners a couple of times, so the people change frequently. But if you don’t care to have the same person every time, it’s a nice place. I’ve never had a problem with any of the employees, but I have seen other customers having issues with the service they were provided. Prices seem to be a little on the higher end, but not enough to deter me from visiting.

My wife and I received some amazing pedicures. Very friendly and amazing job. Definitely our "go to" place from now on. Pricing was not bad and my feet feel amazing.

Only leaving one star because we came in for an acrylic fill and the nail tech couldn’t figure out the shape we wanted and packed her bag and walked off!!! When asked if someone was coming to finish we were left sitting there for 2 hours and left with UNFINISHED nails! We WILL NEVER return
