Horrible service. I ordered online for store pick up. I'm currently at the store and have been waiting for nearly 30 minutes. Store is pretty empty; it's not that they're busy and can't get the order right away. Not really sure what the holdup is, but a half hour wait with no one else in line is pretty ridiculous.

Everything my garden needed to be beautiful, and a huge variety of flowers to choose from! Also glad Lowe's carries grass flats, for those spots that need a boost in my lawn. 2024.02.14 Update: I just had a dishwasher delivered. Wonderful service! Brought the machine into the house, and made sure I would have someone to hook it up. Fast, clean, wonderful!

Horrible customer service. Asked to speak to manager in charge of store on Sunday, Eric Decided he was far too busy to speak with someone that just spent over $200 at his store. He decided to hand me off to a department supervisor instead.This is why this store gets a star, I am a fan of Lowe’s and enjoy their products. Usually, I was sold an item that doesn’t stand up to Lowe’s standards. I was trying to get this resolved. But unfortunately, a supervisor cannot do anything, not his fault that’s why I’m not mentioning his name here.Eric is the worst assistant manager there is in the history of Lowe’s home improvement. Above mentioned he is far too busy to take care of a customer.

The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because a super helpful employee named Dale took the time to help me find an item that was on a pallet on the upper shelf. He went above and beyond to help me despite the other employees and one of them was a manager telling him not to do it and basically they had the attitude that everyone was too busy to help me. Dale has common sense which is hard to find these days. Thanks for your help Dale. ?

Cheap, made in China goods. Understaffed, overpriced and always missing that one sized bolt, nut, board , light bulb, or any other item to complete my trip. Every bin is mixed up and as I say every time, retailers should segregate North American/Mexican made goods from goods made by nations threatening our country. Mass produced cheap junk sold to us as high-quailty American designed and engineered products. We can build 95% of the goods for cheaper AND better quality if we'd get government bureaucrats to stop writing rules as they go. Regulations for the sake of regulations. Like the stickers sold on every sink letting us know the sink meets a parameter for drainage. Someone got paid $150k a year to write that rule. Adds to the cost of every sink. Anyhow Lowe's is a mega-corp that does provide what their markets demand, wish companies would lobby for consumers instead of regulations to shut out competition.

Purchased a Halloween Doll for my Haunted House. Doll neck broke after 30 minutes. Tried to return and a lady slapped the sign no returns after the holiday. NO customer service. This was only a $49 doll compared to the thousands I spent here for a haunted house I run. Millions spent on getting customers to lose one over $49.

Burleson Lowe's is garbage. That is really sad to say because this is my hometown and I am all over the Metroplex as a license plumber and Lowes is usually my go to...Walter in appliances is a liar and I would not do business with him under any circumstances. I could go into details but it's not worth wasting my time any further with this nonsense.Do better Burleson Lowe's and I would recommend getting rid of this dude, he is a bad representation of your business!!!

Awful service. They were excited to shurck responsibility as quickly as possible. -first reviewI was too furious to write out the whole thing. I met with Shana nd Eric today who's a manager. She was empathic, a good listener, and solved the problem. Unlike Jimmy.Jimmy is not good at solving problems.Appliances are expensive and should work out of the box. So you do not have any cashiers, only self check out. So as I’m “self checking out” the employee looking over everyone checking out had the audacity to walk over to my cart to open the lids on a few storage containers I was purchasing to “verify” I wasn’t hiding/stealing anything. If you don’t want to trust your customers how about you open the checkouts so YOU can check me out. Good way to loose customers and I’m one of them. I’ll spend my money at Home Depot for now on. This was at the Burleson location last night.
